i am a MR GUPTE, A bharatgas customer from margao goa. my dealer is kadam gas agency and my consumer number is K5851.i have opted out of the lpg subsidy and also got a unsubsidized refill delivered after sms booking when i did my last booking. this time i try to do the same i got error message and everytime my balance gets deducted though the message is not sent. i registered a complaint to the dealer once over the phone on 24th december 2014 and was told that it has been blocked and that she would unblock it and then i should book the refill once again. it did not work even today and i was forced to visit the dealers office. they have sent an email to the gas company and i hope my work gets done at the earliest.
we are senior citizens and we cannot follow up so very often. kindly reply at the earliest.
