Bharat Gas — status blocked

Hello, My name is Jayesh Patil and Bharatgas consumer no.is 63089850 I have not booked cylinder in last 4 months, hence my status is blocked and due to this I am not able to book cylinder. I visited my distributor's office and on their request I have re-submitted my bank details. And they informed me that status will be un-blocked in next 2 days. But even after more than a week status has not yet changed. I request you to unblock the status as soon as possible. Otherwise I will escalate this to next level if no action taken from your side. I am not able to book and get cylinder at my home due to this issue. Please close the issue ASAP. Regards, Jayesh
