Bharat Gas — Subsidy amt not recevied through chaitanya gas service dombivli east

My consumer number 9019696 order no 1015038 dated 13 January 2014 we paid to the agency Rs 1269 but till date we have not received the subsidy in my bank account. All the required documents have been submitted in bank as well as the distributor but no subsidy amount credited so kindly take some strict action against the charity's a gas agency. Hope to see some action against the distributor at the earliest.we have also submitted written complaint on 13 th may 2014 but till date no action
