Bharat Gas — Totally Helpless , Distributor dose not add , adhar , phone and bank ac to LPG | |
Hello,
I am Suvankar Pahari, S/o- late Saroj Kr.Pahari, we have a LPG conneconnection of Bharat Gas, in the name of my mother . Kabita Pahari, However she has changed her name as Anju Pahari . Our consuumer no- 8304, Distributor id -461720, Griha Lakhsmi Gas Centre .
For the salt 5 months i have submited all the needful document like, Name change cort paper of my mother, Adhar card no, mobile no, and bank account no, to the distributor for 3 times, but still now i am not able to bok my LPG through ivr nor by online as none of above mentioned document have been added to my LPG connection, status shown in online portal . If you kind enough, please let me know what should i do . Or should i take any other connection . Can you please take any action on this .
