Bharat Gas — Transfer of advance subsidy of Rs. 568 failed in my bank account

On 2nd Jan 2015 booking of cylinder was done but subsidy of Rs. 568 was not received in my bank account. Cylinder has already been delivered but still Rs. 568 has not been credited to my bank account till date.
