Mrs. Minakshi sharma given me cheapest package including Taxes, when i shared the other tours details. she told me to pay 30%, then her senior called me next day an told me to pay Taxes and facility fees, at that time mrs. Minakshi sharma became junior she will say that u will not get refund also you have to pay money else it will be cancelled and i will lose the paid money, So i paid highest money as compared to local people who offered me with taxes. Even after paying higher money hotel was very bad it was like chawl room, I was promised for dinner also but that also not given so i have to roam around to get the food, they have not given me hotel as promised in catalogue, So according me they are cheaters don't believe this Agra company go for local people in your area where u can at list lodge police complaint in case of cheating. We have provide all the services to Mr. Dinesh Prajapati. We have given complete service and we have also given the hotel which was final after talking to Dinesh ji and what Dinesh ji is saying is that we have not given dinner, then please check in chatting, we had left money for dinner with the customer. We had also told Dinesh ji about the dinner and he also agreed with us. There was no call from the customer during the entire trip and now Dinesh ji is saying that I did not get service. If the customer does not get the service, then he could have called and told us or even mailed us.
The booking team's number was also with Dinesh ji, so why didn't he call?
This is a wrong complaint. Please close this case. Our driver was with the customer for 3 days so sir you tell us what mistake we have made by giving full service.
