I don't know what they are upto. They are incompetent for giving Hotels mentioned in pitched itinerary . They want us to reduce our dates for travelling. They want us to increase our budget even if same is being discussed already as per pitched itinerary. They want us to reduce dates of travelling as they can't manage their own commited pitched itinerary. They are not at all doing any sort of adjustment. If you guys are giving Hotels in pitched itinerary and it's price is getting increased than that not our concern. You have to manage and adjust. Worst experience just by talking to them. After all this they told they will book hotel which I want and also confirm same will be done without any cost. Yesterday I paid Rs 9000 as charges but now they are saying that hotel is not available and you have to pay extra charge if you want same hotel or we will give you other hotel which we don't want. Company always give better condition hotel and cab. Our sales executive told you to make the payment again and again and also said that it is Diwali season time so don't delay in making the payment. We provided you the same thing which was written to you in the package. After booking the hotel, the sales executive asked you to pay for the cab, but you were not paying. After that, when you were delaying in making the payment, our booking team also mailed you to make the payment. Then after some time you asked to cancel the package, we told you that it is now Diwali season time and if you cancel the booking then you will get refund according to the cancellation policy. You had paid only 9000 to the company. But the hotel booking of more than that amount was booked by the company on its behalf. But still our company did full refund on emergency basis to you. You have also complained in Consumer forum that you have not been refunded by Bharat holidays. But Mr. Gaus you got a full refund. A screenshot of the refund was also sent to you on the mail from our side and having the amount credited, you had also acknowledged the company that your money has come into your account. After getting the refund, the manager of our company Mr. Deepak told you to close the complaint. You said that I will do it till evening, but on calling again, you blocked Deepak ji's number and also blocked him on WhatsApp. The way you blocked after getting the money. is it ok? After getting full money back, you did such a dastardly act. We have complete record and proof of your refund. Firstly, the company has given you a full refund and on top of that you are lying and telling the company wrong.
If any customer feels that they need proof of refund, then mail them directly to the company. The company will show you the complete record and proof.
