I booked Mysore-Coorg Trip through Bharat Holidays during May 2024. The package was initially agreed for 24, 000 just before the day of travel they increased it to 29, 000.The justification given was Convenience and service fee .

They committed that they would provide accommodation in 3 star hotel, but instead they provided me accommodation in low quality hotel ( stay-maker lake residency) . I requested them to change the hotel, as it is not fit to stay with family, but they refused to hear to my plea.

My holidays were disastrous. Attached a pic of the toilet from the hotel they arranged.
The trip coordinator name is Priya . She would agree to everything till we pay the advance, one advances are made then the tone changes .
They are real cheaters and fraud.

I have taken the trip to Shimla and Manali, initially the package is agreed to 46k and once we paid the advance amount, they have increased the package amount up to 55k, but this is not mentioned anywhere in the package list. Incorrectly they have charged more amount and cheated.

I don't know what they are upto. They are incompetent for giving Hotels mentioned in pitched itinerary . They want us to reduce our dates for travelling. They want us to increase our budget even if same is being discussed already as per pitched itinerary. They want us to reduce dates of travelling as they can't manage their own commited pitched itinerary. They are not at all doing any sort of adjustment. If you guys are giving Hotels in pitched itinerary and it's price is getting increased than that not our concern. You have to manage and adjust. Worst experience just by talking to them. After all this they told they will book hotel which I want and also confirm same will be done without any cost. Yesterday I paid Rs 9000 as charges but now they are saying that hotel is not available and you have to pay extra charge if you want same hotel or we will give you other hotel which we don't want. Mahi Sharma is worst executive i have talked with. She has done fraud by taking Money in the name of Elysium resort and now demanding more money.

It's a very big cheater company
I had book to trip of Mahabaleshwar & Lonavala in Rs. 50000.00 in July, their sales person have confirmed that i have no make more payment, my total package is in Rs. 50, 000/- with mentioning terms and condition in their PDF file Good 3 star hotels and resort But, she called me on 09.8.2022 that Hotel is very costly, We will provide you budget hotel. I Understand her problem and i told her ok. I have also compromised in book hotel. Same day she send me message on WhatsApp about my payment details.
Total Package cost - 51, 500/- + 9270 For gst and cf . Literally i was very surprised with her message because i had already confirmed with her about gst and she said no sir everything is include in this package.

2 ) After this drama I had agreed for everything because i already made 33, 000 and she said amount will not refund. She will tell you that dinner is include in your package but font trust on her words. All are cheaters & Fraudster.

I Will take action very soon with all proofs.

My name is Samiksha Jambhulkar from Navi Mumbai.
Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar trip was offered by Bharat Holidays in Rs22000/- which was finalized.
But as they mentioned of 3-star hotel in the package...they denied providing it and they are not giving my refund of Rs.6600/- which was paid as advance booking amount to confirm the trip.

Travel tour from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar was agreed with 3-star hotel booking.
But later they said 3-star hotels are not available.
Therefore, I am asking them for refund of my money paid as advance booking of Rs.6600/-.
They are not refunding my money paid for advance payment.

bharat holidays called me after i search on net about holiday package on google

they called me (vanshika sharma) and told me that holiday package abou NANITAL AND MUKTESHWAR

they told me final amount rs 23500 of holiday package(me-mayank kumar, my wife and my 2 childs) and ask payement of for that i paid them rs7000 firstly

and here there game begins after payement they told me after teo days that you have to pay extra 12 for gst and service charges

i told that cancel my tour package and return my money but they told we dont refunt any money so i have to agree to pay gst after that.

now i made a payment of rs5330 . now(23500+1175gst) after many discussions and time waste of 2 hrs . i told tem i didnt pay any service charges because you dont told

me that before the payement.

now my tour package is ready swift dzire come to my home on morning 30 may 2022 driver told me that he didnt know bharat holidays

and ask me for payment of 12400. i padid him after i reach nanital with my family the hotel& rooms is too small that on double bed come in that room

in room no beds given for childs because they dont book any room or bed for childs they only book for 2 adults.and thet lights in the hotel and water gyser

doent working, i told the hotel owner you got booking from bharat holidays thet told me that they dont know bharat holidays we got booking from goibibo.

doesn't they have any contact of BHARAT HOLIDAYS.now we manage any how to spen night in this third classs hotel of nanital booked

by bharat holidays for me. now the time to go for mukhteshwar.thet bookes there gostops DORM(for 2 adults not private room), becase dorm is of rs588

for 1 person they books two beds of rs 588+588 with other unknown persons in that room with my child(IN GOSTOPS childs are not allowed)

when i reached hotel the hotel staff told me that they dont know bharat holidays their staff called vanshika sharma from BHARAT HOLIDAYS

i already told vanshika that if child are not allowed in gostops hotels then dont book that.but she book go stops for two persons

and give me confirmation receipt of 2 adults and 2 childs through emails.
after request the hotel staff some how manage us a private room and ask us extra rs2500 for private room.i told vanshika sharma that i will file a complaint against you. Hotel staff called many times to vanshika sharma from BHARAT HOLIDAYS
BUT she cut they call after listing that we are from gostops booking for mayank kumar, and after many calls she didn't pickup.
now i have to pay extra 2500 at gostops for private room

that i will file a complaint against you.
the behaviour of bharat holidays vanshika sharma suddenly changed after

payment done by me and the behaviour of they driver was also very bad .i am attaching all proff of payments and hotels.

Never go for booking from Bharat Holidays& Travels, once you will pay the initial booking amount ..They will request for Full payment that too without any confirmation, and they will ask you to pay extra amount continuously as travel date is nearer saying "THERE are RUSH AND PRICE HAS BEEN INCREASED like HOTEL AND CAB people are denying the booking and asking for more amount.."..SO please NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK through this .

My trip Experience was Bad. They have taken gst charge from me but not give me a GST bill. This is how they Tax Evade.(Taxchori). After completed your trip even they not pick up your phone for any query regarding trip. But I have already complaint the gst nodal officer by mail about their system.
