I am unable to reset my password even after two attempts, after which my profile was found to be blocked. I am unable to get a response from customer care as well.

    I have registered in bharat matrimony and I am not a premium member. Today I am not able to login even after trying many times. I got log in and then its not opening. If you want only premium members then don't allow anyone to register for free. But here you are allowing us to register then doing like this cheap money making stuffs thus simply wasting our time.

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      We booked a marriage event photography that is held on 30th November, 2019 with your Telugu matrimony, Begumpet, Hyderabad. The event is booked on 29th June, 2019. We paid an amount of Rs.1, 20, 000 out of Rs.1, 54, 000. 1st preview of album was sent on 21st March, 2020. I asked for some corrections in the album templates and videos which were no where near the promised quality or standards in terms of design. Mr. Suresh contacted me and asked us to come to their office at begumpet for album corrections saying that he would provide a senior designer and would make sure that all the corrections would be accommodated before they print the albums. Yesterday I visited Telugu matrimony photography office at Begumpet with my daughter to help your staff with some corrections in the album, and all we received is disrespect towards the customer which made us walk out of the office feeling humiliated. While we were telling corrections to designer Ms. Mounika, I received a call from Mr. Suresh and he told "OUR STAFF IS FEELING DISCOMFORT", which is completely a misguided lie concocted by Ms. Lavanya. Listening to his inappropriate statement, I left that place immediately with my daughter telling Mr. Suresh "Then do whatever you wish to do". If helping your staff by providing the feedback to do their job best who do not deliver what they promise during the payment is inappropriate then we do not want to have any further correspondence with such a service provider who does not care about customer. If this how a customer is treated, then I would never ever recommend such a lame and pathetic organisation to anybody else. In addition we were told by Ms. Lavanya that customers take whatever we provide them. Is this your service motto? To throw whatever lame half baked work your employees do out of laziness and say that we as customers should accept whatever is shoved in our face with no absolute quality or promise that you speak of while payment.

      If there is anyone who felt “discomfort” during this whole one year process of working with your team is us who spent our money and energy on such an organisation which has no value for customer or their satisfaction. We felt extremely discomfortable trying multiple times to escalate the matters to get things done which were promised in first place.

      Also we faced a lot of inconvenience and trouble from "Ms. Lavanya" right from the beginning. She was our main point of contact and we received the worst possible treatment from her by delaying the service and when delivering we were only disappointed with whatever was provided. She was always rude and never polite to the customer and she created a mess today by making a call to Mr. Suresh and misguided him. Mr. Suresh should know better than making such statements before checking with anyone else as to what was happening since he was not present in the office. It was Mr. Suresh who requested us to come to your office promising us that they would accommodate the corrections and deliver what was promised to us in first place.

      We tolerated your unprofessionalism to date, but will not moving forward. We came to the office as requested by Mr. Suresh to help your staff with corrections by taking out time. Owing to the incompetence of your staff, we had to interfere in providing constructive feedback to the initial draft by coming to your office and collaborating with your staff for more than half-a-day. We were told that the staff was inconvenient to handle the corrections of the initial abysmal work. With my 26 year old daughter being a working professional, I absolutely do not understand the inconvenience we created. Is doing your job an inconvenience? Or are you trying to paint your incompetence as discomfort?

      Me and my daughter spent more than half a day in your office trying to provide all the corrections to get the albums right, and this is just half of it. We were provided videos which were edited in the worst possible fashion with zero efforts to eliminate awkward moments or edit them. We were yet to get to the videos and even before half of the corrections are done this is the kind of response we got from your so-called senior designers. It either shows their incompetence to do their job or laziness to slap whatever they haphazardly put together on us to just get rid o[censored]s.

      A wedding album or a video should remind people of the good times but all we can think of when we see the videos or the pics you provided is the hassle and the rude treatment we endured by your staff at every step of this process. It is with greatest disappointment that we walked out of your office yesterday knowing that my daughter’s wedding album was ruined because we trusted your organisation to do this job.

      We are utterly disappointed with the service so far and expect below actions from you:

      Remove Lavanya from any further correspondence and provide a written apology for her unprofessional behavior.
      Mr. Suresh will provide a written statement that their staff is incompetent to deliver what was promised and an apology for wasting our time by asking us to come down to your office and making me and my daughter feel uncomfortable with his statements
      The printing will not be done until we are satisfied with the output. The drafts to-date are no-where close to the samples we were presented with during the demonstration. And your staff is not willing to take suggestions either, so you come up with a plan to deliver what was promised to us in first place.

      Not complying with the above, you will have to refund all the amount paid to-date.

      Very disappointed.

      Customers are not beggars, teach your staff how to behave with the customers first. If they cannot do their job properly please hire some capable staff who can.

        On 2nd may-2020, i was looking to buy a “premium matrimony” account and hence was in touch with one of your customer service representatives /sales reps…. Though i wanted to get enrolled/registered for the “kerala matrimony domain / app”. However on the persistence of the sales rep i was made to enroll for the “community domain / app” for a hefty sum of inr. 3, 900/-.

        I have been grossly misguided by your agent (S) who continuously made calls from different numbers despite being told to “wait on” till i decide on the domain /app. Now i am not receiving any relevant profiles from the community app (Ezhava) and rather surprisingly or i should say shockingly! That all the better or much more relevant profiles belonging to my desired community - ezhava are available in the kerala matrimony domain / app.

        Further to this when i contacted the customer help desk/agents with my issue, one of your agents gave me the hope of providing me with corresponding community ids on 16th of may. However, till date i have received nothing! To make matters worse for me the agent has stopped responding to my calls and whatsapp messages.
        Today i have been told by another agent that the option of setting up of corresponding ids was never in practice and that i was given a wrong information by the previous agent. These are the contact numbers that i have used since the 2nd of may till date.

        All the agents have stopped answering my calls which gives me an understanding about the wrong intent or attitude the agents had in selling me this deceitful offer.

        Kerala matrimony is a reputed brand with international recognition…i don’t need to remind you that..! The experience so far for me has been very harassing and i go to the extent of being made to feel as “cheated”.

        An email was sent on may 23rd with the above complaint, for which i am yet to receive a response.
        I contacted a helpline number which i found in the home page for the first time on 30th may. The executive informed me that i was sent an email on monday. As per the email, based on the conversation with me you will be initiating a transfer of payment from community to kerala matrimony. Neither did i receive the email nor i requested for transfer. I got a call few days back. The executive requested for the community ids for which i needed corresponding kerala ids. While reading out the ids call got disconnected. Spent like 15-20 min sharing ids. When i called back i was told that i will get a call back multiple times, which never happened. Not sure what’s going on!

        Every time i come across kerala matrimony where i now see better profiles i am tempted to buy premium. Is this a tactic to sell premiums? Is this how matrimony achieved 30% increase in sale during lock down? Why am i not able to fetch corresponding profiles in community matrimony as promised? Does your responsibility end at the moment a premium is sold?
        Why am i not getting a response even after frequent follow ups? Does the so called most trusted site even have a help desk???

          I have been called by pawan, executive of your company. He had made several calls by assuring that your profile has got good responses and will help you in finding good match. When i purchased the membership of 6 months there were 5-6 matches most of were inactive profiles and i have not paid for inactive profiles. He asked me to contact customer helpline team because he said he cannot do anything now. I have made several calls to customer service few of them were ended on hold, out of which one executive told me that i have updated your profile you will get active profiles after an hour. Nothing got changed i got similar inactive profiles. I had called again to helpline where i asked her to check yourself that how many matches are available for my profile, she said 6. Your team should not had called me if you don’t have profile according to my matches. I have not given money for 6 profiles or inactive profiles, i had raised a complaint but know one called me whenever i call they said team will call you. You all are making a fool of me. I am pathetic and don’t want to be with you. I request you to refund my money which is ₹3000 because it was taken in false note and you don’t have profiles according to my search.

          I have written many compliants but no one is resolving it. Whenever I call customer care they said, we have taken your queries will reach out in 24 hours. No one reach out to me neither on email nor on phone. You can check my emails in your mailbox, I have given screenshots as well. Now marketing have stopped taking my calls because they are incapable to provide me services which they had committed. I have attached the screenshots here and they were attached in email as well. There are no manglik profiles in Delhi, I have not paid for few profiles. The offer they had committed Arora Matrimony ID + Bharat Matrimony ID not fulfilled till now. I just want my money back. I kindly request you to look at the case precisely and read my all emails, you can call me if you need more understanding

            This is regarding my account with bharat matrimony which is expiring on may 3rd, 2020. Ever since the lockdown started it was impossible to meet anyone in the profile or an astrologer. So i asked them to extend the membership validity up to two months after the lockdown period gets over and i am continuously receiving a notification from bharat matrimony that if you are recharging now the lockdown period will not be counted and the validity will be extended until the lockdown period gets over. If the same feature could be provided after a recharge please confirm why this could not be provided with the existing member.

              Matrimony sales guys followed me rigoursly so that i thought they will provide service if i take assisted service but no response from rm even it is 8th
              Day after payment.
              While making payment guys told me that their rm will call after payment but still not even responded through a call
              For rm need,
              To onboard the customer once rm called me at that time i am busy and after that no calls from matrimony
              And i will try to file a complaint in consumer forum if they wont respond even after this.

                Hi,

                I have got enrolled for the assisted service and initially they have appointed a rm who was not cable enough to handle the customer. Later same has been escalated to next level which was moved to the other rm after one month. New rm started sharing the profile details. Sales supervisor rajeshwari has promised that one month will be added back to your account. Same has been raised through the mail. I have not received any response from her. I am trying to reach her multiple time over the phone. She is kept un attended the call.

                This is the way your team will handle the customer?
                There is no proper communications?
                Is this the way you guys responsible enough?
                Simple back up mechanism is missing?
                You guys want us to be behind for everything?

                I need a clarification and what ever rajeshwari has promised to me should make it happen.

                  I am ur paid member.. I am 59 year old.. Male residing at kolkata.. My wfe passed away n i looking for my partner.. Becaming ur paid member.. I m not getting matches.. My profile completed 92%.. As well all prefernce mentioned. What i see on based my religion i find only 3 or 4 matches.. Other religion.. I m not interested.. I find.. Many..in inrest list.. How other matrimony site.. Sending me. Many matches on base my.. Exact same preference partner.. Even in less package example like divorcee matrimony sangam.. I thought tht bharatmatrinony will be better after seeing quro.. I think. That was wrong.. N upgraded no use... So.. Kindly look into this. Just m looking for widow.                       This person Rajesh Singh is wrongly using my photos for his profile. He is trying to cheat a lady whom he has reached through your website. He has requested money from this person.
                      I am deeply disturbed that such a popular match making site can allow cheaters to be your members.
                      I have lodged a complaint regarding this identity theft to cybercrime police.
                      I request you to address this problem and make sure my identity is protected. I also want the person who has cheated to be arrested and handed over to the police.

Last yer i decided to delete this apps due to third class service but last time january"19 your kolkata executive miss shamapti her number is m [protected] called me her personal number lots of time to renual plan again' ang give me more benefits but i continue denied renual by my last experience after that she assured me then i decided to renual my plan after her assurance but after paid she block my number and see my plan totally upsate because your executive shamapti give me totally wrong information only for renual my plan and complete her monthly terget. Your executive is totally layer, fraud with me. She told me give me add on pack extra 20days means 180+20= 200days but my plan show anather. Immidetly take action against this type of layer executive and fullfill comitments immidetly.

Immidetly see my matter seriously and solve my problem. I am waiting for your reply.                           not getting my refund against excess paid

                          My Matrimony id is (Y1038631), this is regarding premium membership taken on 25th Feb 2020, The Executive with whom I was conversation she is Shaloni from Kolkata (Mob No-[protected] and [protected]). I wanted the membership in Bharat Matrimony for Classic Premium for 6 Months.                           Many fake profiles are made daily and no action is taken against them
                          It seems like bharat matrimony is helping nigerian scammer to make money by fooling around indian people
                          No action is taken against those nigerian profiles
                          All this profiles are made by nigerian scammer
                          They are stealing photos from instagram account of people from turkey or baku
                          And claim to be orphan, uncle sailing ship
                          Working for undp, posted in syria or kabul
                          And try to get money

                            We paid close to 18000 inr for the assisted services in the month of jan-20 for a 3 months service. Initially before making the payment we were promised to be assisted in every possible way by getting good profiles and managing the account at a personal level. It’s been close to 1.5 months and not a single profile has been connected. We made a complaint earlier over the call for our relationship manager after 15 days of absolutely no work on the profiles at all. Untrained managers who had to be guided how to approach a profile at basic level. We requested for a change in the relationship manager thinking may be this one is not capable and experienced enough but the second one is no different than the first.
                            We feel cheated as our hard earned money just went like that and i demand a refund with immediate discontinuation of this service.
                            For those who are reading this, i will never in my life recommend this service to anyone. Please be aware and do not trust on this service at all

                              Paid Rs 15000 for the assisted service. While opting it the services offered were 1) 40 profiles suiting our preference will be given. I[censored]nable to provide refund of the entire amount promised.
                              2) To call those profiles which we are interested by an assistant.
                              This was a 3 month pack. 2 or 3 numbers which we gave were called( not sure if they called. They said so)..No profiles were given thereafter as promised. Once asked they said money will be refunded. Till now(its now the sixth month) no refund made. Relationship managers( Roopesh) are not attending the calls also

                              I paid the stipulated amount for assisted matrimony services, Mr Shivdeep was appointed as the manager, got the welcome call on 5th March, responded to his email. but now mr shiv has vanished, his phone is switched off since then. There is no response to my emails, calls, whatsapp msgs. I am in total distress

                                I have assisted matrimony with Mr.Pritam Todankar as relationship manager for 3 months. Its been two months now and there is no effort seen from his side. Not a single profile has been shared by him. While making payment, BharatMatrimony called me day and night but now no contact at all. I am totally disappointed by our relationship manager. My 3 months subscription will end now and not a single profile we got from him.I will never recommend assisted matrimony service to anyone and i also want a refund or extension of my subscription.I can take this matter to consumer forum also.

                                  I have received an interest for marriage from one named as priya jennifer. The mobile number provided was +44 [protected]. I received messages from that number telling that she is settled in uk and her dad is a british and mother is from goa, india. This is the second time i am receiving messages from fake profiles in the bharat matrimony site. The profile is seen to be verified by the site.
