I have registered in the site humsafarmatrimony.com for my son and paid the upgrade amount to jamshedpur office through pay phone. The executive by name Tanusree from jamshedpur office promised to upgrade. My registered ID is HS496590. I have the payment details.

After receivng the amount the executive stopped responding. I am unable to log in into the site and helpcare centre is giving false promise.

It is to inform that I (satish Sharma) received a call from Ms. Siya Sharma, mob. no. [protected] humsafarmatrimony exhibition road patna. regarding a suitable match for my son Kartikey. She advised me to deposit an amount of Rs. 2750/- which I have deposited in A/c No. [protected] IFSC UCBA0000062 HUMSAFAR MATRIMONY Exhibition Road Patna on 12.07.2024 by UPI. By receiving the amount of Rs. 2750/- I have made many calls and message to ms.anchal and siya the offender of said company. Each and everyone is requested to draw back my money. Please help me and save me from the cruel cluches of such type of cheap fellows.

We had given a matrimonial of my son, in tribune on 2nd March 2024. I recieved a call from Humsafar Matrimony sending me a girl's profile which we found suitable for our son. But they asked me to submit 5000 for the contact details of the girl. After payment, she called again and said we need to submit 1950 for registration. Hi, I have received a call from Neha, an employee at Humsafar matrimony, she sent me few profiles and asked to pay to get the contact details of the received profiles out of which she shared only 2 of the contacts which were unreachable. Upon asking further, I did not get any response after a payment of 1500, also mentioning vague reasons to be busy if answered. Her contact number is +[protected].

Humsafar matrimony Varanasi has advertised ads for 02 Girls in Dainik jaagaran Kanpur dated 23/04/23
When contacted, they have sent biodata of 02 Girls and asked for my son biodata. Afterwards they [Girls Aarohi and Divya) started ringing me and telling that your son profiles has been liked by both the girls parents and wanted to proceeds. You have to deposit Rs 3950+500(registration fee) =4450/ for getting registered then we will provide phone nos and adress of both the girls.
I paid Rs4450/ by Google pay on 01/05/2/23.
After getting money they are not giving phone nos and address of both the girls and now they are misbehaving
Later on they have given one number and it is fraud no and no one pick
This is totally fraud company and they are doing totally fraud.
Kindly take Very very strong actions against everyone involved in this company and refund my amount Rs 4450/ from them
Please take Very strong action otherwise some more person will be cheated by them

Hi this is sudhir from lucknow ... Humsafar Matrimony ke saath judakar bahut hi bure anubhawa se gujar taha hoon... are jaldi hi aap bhi aise hi boore anubhawa se gujagrenge ... Humsafar ka tareeka kuch isa hia ki na chahate huye bhi aap inko fee ke roop mai ak theek thak amount de denge... Ek add aapko phone no ke saath paper mai milega ... phir aap us number pe sampark katege aur apni baat kahenge aur aap ki jankari ke aadhar par aapko...

I paid Rs 7000 for matrimony services. Not sending any relevant profiles, I have to call Vani ( Humsafar employee) to get update but still no response .post payment only 1 profile sent that also not relevant .it's been more than a month now .please refund whole amount

PROFILE CREATED ON THE BEHALF OF MY BROTHER

1. They showed us fake profile of our preference to get payment.
2. After payment done, they will share with you all fake profiles from internet.
3 they gave us a number of a girl that number was only from their department not the number of any girl family.
4 they stop receiving our calls and when we told them refund our money they said no option is there to refund and they are not picking up calls.

Hi i already mentioned my problem again complaining a girl kavya [protected] called from varanasi that got a match for your brother.but the girls contact number be sent only after registration of 6000.i transfer the amount in sbi account mentioned by her but after getting the amount kavya started making excuses like i am in hospital will send you number tomorrow.the next day we called her for the contact, again excuses.after many calls and messages they gave a number which was fraud.we called on that number the girls mother didn't know their proper address nor the date of birth of her daughter.plz help me in resolving this issue and refund of my money

They first steal your data from other matrimonial websites. And then they show you some profiles and say they will connect with another profile after payment as their services are paid. After payment, they will not contact you and stop answering your calls and messages.

Hi Team, I have paid 3000 Rs and from next day Swati is not picking up the call and no message communication on Whatsapp. Before payment they promised they have got 10, 000 profile and just sent one profile as sample and after that no communication so I would like to get my moneyback and please let me know what is the process to get the money back.

I subscribed for the svice for myself and my sister on 26th of march. Before the payment, they made a whole lot of promises for the personalised matchmaking but once the payment had been made, they have completely abandoned us. I have tried to reach out to the personnel assigned to me hundred times over call and whatsapp but she ignores all communications from my side. They don't receive any of my calls anymore, neither they reply to...

This is a fake company we contacted Lucknow branch for a groom, but they gave us fake profiles and no.s given on the profile were of random girls who didn't knew anything about the mentioned groom. We talked to aaliya from Lucknow branch and sabeena branch manager but didn't get any reply.
All are requested to contact the police regarding these fraudsters, we'll be complaining against them also. Please all are requested to highlight this issue

Kindly black list this company. This company does not follow any ethics. Some one misusing my mobile number. When I receive calls from this company, I told them that some one misusing my number please delete my number from your database, the tele caller asking me to send her money to do so. They don't verify the number by OTP and simply allowing any one to use any other person number. Many people complained that this is fraud site. Still this site is running. Please suggest anyone what is next action to close this fraud and unprofessional business. I don't know whoever using my number might have cheated many females and no one here to bother.

Myself Shivansh Gupta was a registered member of Humsafar Matrimony (Banaras Branch) on behalf of my self.

They send me one profile for marriage nd told me that girl family likes your profile nd want to meet your family nd told me first 6000 to deposit after I did payment through Paytm they did not providing any contact number or any other profile.

Before money transfer they call 4-5 times in a day and now these fraud never call us and disconnect our call.

Requesting responsible department/person to look into seriously.
Request you to get my 6000 refund on paytm
Also, I am also looking to file case against humsafar matrimony company for fraud.

I wonder, how these ppl get authorised to serve this type of services even though they do not follow ant criteria.(if compare them other national level matrimonial web sites.)its strange!!!

I paid Rs.3000 for the wedding in this company and I later found out that we were cheated. Many people in this company have paid in the hope of getting a spouse for the wedding. This company is committing huge fraud but it should be banned.
