The assisted services at bharatmatrimony are a big sham. They take your money and then they sit on it promising great services. I have a full documentation of all communications done with bharatmatrimony, which i can forward to you for your perusal.
They send me profiles sometimes and then never communicate on what happened with the profiles. I have to bog them several times to ask what happened.
It's laughable that mahendra singh dhoni is associated with this sham.
Three emails i sent to the manager with no response? Can you imagine, three days, three emails and there is no response from that day until now. I am not going to let it go easy. If they do not refund my money, i will open a litigation case soon. I will not let anyone loot money from me.
I am very pleased with the service of jeevansathi, these guys should learn from them. 24000 just thrown down the drain. Horrible experience!!
I had raised a ticket bm19262606, when i check the status of the ticket with bharatmatrimony people, they always say that the case if forwarded to the concerned team since past 13 days.

I have a similar account from jeevansathi and i am massively satisfied as the relationship manager talks to me everyday on the progress and if i am satisfied with the service or not.
While your team is sitting on my money and doing nothing to provide a service. Its a money collection scam from customers for some downgraded service. Now please either refund the money i have given to bharatmatrimony or please send me an escalation route so i can ask the responsible person from bharatmatrimony for the money. You cannot deny me your superior's contacts as it is incumbent on you. I will use this email and the chat history as proof for any litigation if needed and if i hear no response.
Also, i mean good to all your staff and no action against them. Its just the service delivery structure you have is degraded and no one else should take its blame.
Update: after several follow up, and while writing the email, your relationship manager is working on the profiles to send to me. I have also raised to her that the profiles they are sending to me are not the ones i requested. One classic example is that i was sent the profile of a 23 year old girl while i had explicitly mentioned that i am looking for someone 25+ years of age. I have more bad experiences, happy to discuss on call.
