One of the worst service companies i have come across. Their accessibility stops once the payment is done. After that they become inaccessible and any amount of complaints will not move them. They seem to be a bunch of conmen extracting money from seeming to be services. I think it is high time that the government wakes up and frames some guidelines to such fraud companies

I have clicked to Unsubscribe dozen times but keep getting emails from them. I have informed them that the unsubscribe link does not work. They are aware of the issue and are doing anything. This leads to 6-10 emails per day from them. There should be laws about using fake unsubscribe links. Morning i saw 45 rs per day package hence i proceeded, but without my knowledge 8400 deducted from from account... Unexpected from bharath matromony such a fake transaction.. Now i have raised the complained but customer care people asking me the screen shot of 45 rs. Still im able to see 45 rs per day pack in matrimony but they are saying no such package... I raised complaint with this number bm19588508... Requesting matrimony team to refund the money...

As per my call with representative - Arjun & his Manager Prashant on 14th December 2018, during renewal of the classic package, i was told i will get Till you marry Advantage package with assisted service with relationship manager on mine & my sister's profile. I received a link to make the payment. I have made the payment. Its been 2 weeks i have made payment.

Till now no services has been provided. Customer executives promise assistance which they cant provide. This is a fraud company.

I have raised a complaint - BM19582428, BM19498534, BM19520992, BM19498565, BM19498534 and till now no response on the same.

I have even requested a refund if they cannot provide promised services.

I m really disappointed against this site as this site allow to open a account for a fraud person just for a money...

I want to register a complaint against pramod ramesh patil from sagali.. Tasgao... Who approach working woman... Meet him.. Make a friendship with him and than after convinced him that if she invest in share she can earn more money... After that cheat her and disappear... Pls don't allow him to register his name in bharat matrimony.

This is not the first incident of harassment and emotional distress. Many call center employees of trivandrum center has done it over a year. I have raised multiple requests to transfer support of profile to other branches including chennai. I have changed my mother tongue also for this. I have informed bm multiple time that polite, cultured and professional/trained call employees should be contacting me. I will wait till end of the day and file a complaint with dgp crime and the district magistrate. The center is staffed with people with criminal back ground and the entire staffing and work culture has to be investigated. The reports will be shared with media - if action against responsible employees of the crime are not taken, the company's brand is in danger if media is involved. The company has to comb out the criminals who perpetrate harassment and torture of citizens of repute from the call centers of kerala matrimony. Activities have come to the extend that the activities and culture of the call center has to be investigated by a crime branch. (Ipc 504, ipc 408a : repetitious phone calls that are intended to annoy, abuse, or harass you or any person answering the phone, obscene or profane language).

All legal actions will be initiated based on the actions taken by the company. Due to the nature of constant repetition and the aggression shown by the employees with multiple intentional calls to harass and torture, this is a very very serious crime and the perpetrators have to be brought to justice.

This s more of a criminal case and an fir will be filed today. Strong follow up will be done and this complaint is a part of the intimation. Long resolution times would complicate the entire process and cause severe damage to the reputation of bharatmatrimony in the media too.

I have been a paid member of bharatmatriminy for approximately 2 years. Recently i made payment for bharatmatrimony and divorce matrimony three times. A particular employee of bharatmatrimony (Female) have been calling me at around 10 am for the last one week when i am extremely bust at office and at meetings. She compelling me to talk to her has also affected my reputation at work. I am aged 42 years and i work at a very senior role in a reputed mnc. I have told her multiple times and asked her not to call me in the morning. The calls were more of flirtatious nature than professional marketing calls. Me rejecting her advances and refusing to talk to her has made me hangry and forced her to abuse me and use bad words. After ten minutes her male friend followed up with further abuses.

Please act on this complaint before police hands over the case to court after which it would get more complicated. Please provide a complaint number - police needs it as a proof that i have requested for an internal investigation. Removal of the employee who is uncultured and abusive are requested. Such uncultured employees who does online harassment causes a lot of pain and should not be in the workforce - they lack customer skills prima facie.

9.50am, 10.00 am, 10.01am, 10.02am, 10.09am are the times of incoming harassment calls. Declining for a spot payment for extension of membership is what made the call center employee upset and do all this extreme measures which has caused a lot of mental agony.

A police case of harassment and insult of a citizen will be filed. If there is a delay in action from the part of bharatmatrimony and no action is taken a follow up petition will be send to dgp crime for this criminal act. Bharatmatrimony has criminals in its payroll.

On 6th december, 2018, i was heavily pursued by your personal for upgrading of bharat matrimony and were assuring best deals. I prefered combo pack till u marry which was showing payment of 9100/-. Your representative asked me to deposit 7900/-only giving me the reason that i am a old customer and has been seeking your services in the past also but his deal was not showing against the relevant window for combo pack offer. After another hour or so, i received a call from sh ravi kant informing me that the value price of 7900/- is not showing on the concerned window due to technical reasons and twin pack shall be activated with in half an hour of making payment of 7900/-. Mr ravi kant also explained that a special rebate has been arranged by him from higher authority and sent a mail also as a confirmation on 6th dec 2018 and pressurised to make the payment as the offer was valid only for a day. Bharat matrimony profile was activated soon after but khatri matrimony has not been upgraded despite my reminder and repeated emails. This is a total harrassment and malpractice on the part of bharat matrimony to fetch business in an illicit manner and cheat innocent customers.

I have a premium subscription in bharat matrimony. Like any other guy, i have been sending interest to girls i like but none of them replied to my messages. I am frustrated now and want to cancel my premium membership. When i reached customer support, they told me that they cannot issue my refund. I am utterly disappointed because i didn't even use the service for at least a month guys and for any product you buy online, there is a return...

Telly caller behavior was very bad... Had a bad experience on 29 nov around 12 :25.
A telly caller from bharat matrinony behved so rudely just to achieve her target of making free membership customer to pay.. Worst experience...

The assisted services at bharatmatrimony are a big sham. They take your money and then they sit on it promising great services. I have a full documentation of all communications done with bharatmatrimony, which i can forward to you for your perusal.

They send me profiles sometimes and then never communicate on what happened with the profiles. I have to bog them several times to ask what happened.

It's laughable that mahendra singh dhoni is associated with this sham.

Three emails i sent to the manager with no response? Can you imagine, three days, three emails and there is no response from that day until now. I am not going to let it go easy. If they do not refund my money, i will open a litigation case soon. I will not let anyone loot money from me.

I am very pleased with the service of jeevansathi, these guys should learn from them. 24000 just thrown down the drain. Horrible experience!!

I had raised a ticket bm19262606, when i check the status of the ticket with bharatmatrimony people, they always say that the case if forwarded to the concerned team since past 13 days.

While your team is sitting on my money and doing nothing to provide a service. Its a money collection scam from customers for some downgraded service. Now please either refund the money i have given to bharatmatrimony or please send me an escalation route so i can ask the responsible person from bharatmatrimony for the money. You cannot deny me your superior's contacts as it is incumbent on you. I will use this email and the chat history as proof for any litigation if needed and if i hear no response.

Also, i mean good to all your staff and no action against them. Its just the service delivery structure you have is degraded and no one else should take its blame.

Update: after several follow up, and while writing the email, your relationship manager is working on the profiles to send to me. I have also raised to her that the profiles they are sending to me are not the ones i requested. One classic example is that i was sent the profile of a 23 year old girl while i had explicitly mentioned that i am looking for someone 25+ years of age. I have more bad experiences, happy to discuss on call.

We wanted the payment to reflect in bharat matrimony and then they updated in kuruba matrimony.

We raised a complaint in kuruba matrimony community as they cheated by giving wrong money link on call and misguiding us to make payment.

This is pending for 20 odd days and no response or no email or call communications to update as well.

We followed up thrice and there is no change in the status.

It is being proved that they are money looters.

Some one has tried to transfer 5600/- from my sbi card to the account of bharat metrimony co. The mail received by me from sbi card hereas written below.in this regard i am going to file a fir in local police station and also file a care in the loacal courts as per law.

The only benificiary in this case is only bharat matrimony co. What a cheap practice to grab money from the customers. Why should anyone transfer moneyfrom my sbi card to bharat matrimony co account. I am wailing your reply for futher action as per civil or criminal law.

My sister wedding was done on november 23rd still they are not providing me album whenever i called them they simply say call you in 5 min. But after that, they won't even call you. I frustrated with these guys i don't know how to collect my photos from this people.
When i ask them about the video they won't respond and they say we will provide it to you soon this is happening from past 1 year

Please note i was phone called and advised to take the vip package to have a personal individual assigned to help hand pick selections and share with me since i am oversea. So far chandan and sudharshan has not helped much. Last time they contacted me was october 12. It is very unfortunate that your team has members like this. Just because you guys have a big team and big selection of indivula profiles does not mean you treat your customers like this. I wil have to leave and share feedback on all social media so this does not happen. I have tried shaadi and other services and it was never like this. Very disappointing.

I registered in bharat matrimony app and filled details and my profile appeared in bharat matrimony app it's right.
After few days i was duty to find that my profile was listed in devangamatrimony app which i never used and my profile was there and all details were there.
How can you access my profile without my permission and give it to some other sites of your company without notifying or asking me...?... And again in devangamatrimony...

I saw add of bharat matrimony app in tv and installed it, filled all details and searched for matches. No matches from my caste was available from my desired location, so i stopped using the app. But after that i started getting calls from bharat matrimony executive on daily basis. Each day i use to tell them that i m not having suitable matches so i stopped using it. Again next day they forced me and i told the same thing. Each day different...

After my marriage i left the country and went abroad. After reaching chennai i have been asking for my marriage album and videos. After 1.5 years of tracking, now i came to know that it was registered as delivered in their records but i haven't received anything. And i have paid 90k for that non received album. I don't know what to do actually. Do they help me to get my marriage album and video?
