Date of incident 23rd may 2018

My profile id is (H6884816) on bharat matrimony i send a request to (H7082114) and i got email to contact on whats app number [protected] after chat she we both exchanged photos and family photo everything was ok form her side and in the evening at 8'o clock she told me her friend has meet an accident and immediately she need money on the mobile number through paytm ([protected]) as i dont had paytm kyc upload i told the same and she gave me account details

And told to deposit 2500 rupees. I thought she really need money and after i transferred there was a reply to receive the money and there was no further communication.
I strongly believe bharat matrimony is running a racket for blackmailing people it is not from outsiders.
When i made account and i didn't had subscription bharat matrimony keeps on calling on with attractive offer in my case they told after subscription i will get 500 cash back and my services will be extended for 15 days extra as i had taken 3 month subscription.
I believe bharat matrimony is not verifying any details any one can go ahead and make fake account they are playing with the emotions.
I am depressed.

    elite matrimony is a corrupted and fake business strategy

    We had signed up for elite matrimony 6 months ago, we started with 3 months subscription intially by trusting them and they started to send us profiles but later on they started to send profiles randomly, they sent few fake profiles which they themselves dont know they existed. We did some background check on how they work and luckily i found the same fake profile on bhrath matrimony and later i figured out that they were sending all profiles...

    Hi all,

    This is to address that bharat matrimony is the worst of all websites n the employees working there do not know how to behave or speak with customers. Firstly, the employee "saheb" explained the plan incorrectly n set up incorrect expectation. When complaint it to them, they spoke in favor of the employee but made me feel that i was the one who made the fault. Even after repeated reminders n explaining that not to call me, they did call me n threatens me over the call. Their management is just a puppet n nothing. I do think "do they have management level or any hierarchy" at all. Today "nilanjan ghosh" called me n just threatened n spoke in a hayware manner not listening to what i am saying. I was telling not to call but he said ""you will receive calls from us n thats for sure""..

    Guys please stay away from them.

      I am suresh from shenkottai. My phone number is [protected]. Recently two months ago i received phone calls from your end. Actually i didnt register my details etc in your concern. I clearly explained the people who talked from your side that my details were sent to your concern was done by some unwanted person and to reove my details. Your people said that my id was created on march 11th through some other email id. Daily i am receiving msg.
      I request you to remove my details from your matrimoney. You r famous reputted matrimoney in tamil nadu. Then how could you publish my details in matrimoney page without my knowledge and my phone number. It means if i do wrong things to any of person then i will send the details of tht person with a fake email id and give tht person number? And you to without any proper enquiry you may started to call?
      So kindly remove my id or i will take legal action.

        I was contacted by this profile h5048732 yesterday and today i got a random call from a lady that this guy is a fraud and whatever details she told me about him was true when i cross checked. If your company claims to provide genuine profiles then why are such profiles a part of your database. I insist u take strict actions regarding this profile and look into this matter as a high priority.

          I was a free member of this site since long. I was repeatedly asked to opt for assisted services. One mr bilal called me 10 times regarding payment. After payment no services are being given. I have lodged complaints on phone/ email but no feedback. I have asked for refund but no answer. Everyday i am told that problem s are being looked after but to no avail. I am being harassed to no end.

Who the hell are you to dictate me?? Why you want me to teach you a lesson and shut your business down in indian court system so that such behaviour representative never dare to do with a professional attorney.               Hi all, i must say, you are really saved if you didn't proceeded for the subscription with this group. If you came across this particular merchant's service history, it seems they are just turning like a corporate brand as well as changed as a biggest financial fraud. They do access the credit cards without customer consent, and projecting it as auto renewal. No idea whom did authenticated them to access someone's credit card accounts.

              I would like to tell you, never go for a payment with this group of frauds ever.
              Keep spreading this message to maximum extend to your friends & family to avoid discrepancies with this group of frauds never value the customer concerns.

              However, i would like to take this to another level.
              Let the public know about their amazing acts, & their justifications relating to the incident.

                  Hi,
                  I initially registered on bharat matrimony / tamil matrimony about a week back on its free subscription. On 8th may 2018, i got a call from one mr. Karthik, who said he is a senior and wanted me to go for an upgrade to a paid subscription. I told him it was too high an amount. He then made a special offer saying if i paid rs 3, 700 i would initially be paying for classic membership but from his side he will upgrade me to classic premium which he siad was worth rs 6, 500 as published on the web site. He said if i made the payment of rs 3, 700 as he was on line, he would activate me for the classic premium membership within 24 hours. He told me i could call back the phone number he was calling from if he defaulted. This number is [protected].
                  I have been trying to call him since yesterday as he did not fulfill the commitment he made. Today when i call this number they have blocked my phone number. So after one ring it gets cut off as busy.
                  When i called from another number a lady called priya took the phone call but told me she will call back. She never did. Now even they do not answer the phone calls.
                  I have the call recording of karthik's conversation saved in my phone.
                  Please help.

                    This is a worst matrimony ever. They called me many time and said that after submission of 3000 rs you will get that groom as u want. But after submission of this amount they never called me and no more options for groom they gave... So i can truly say that this matrimony only work for rupees. After having these rupees they don't have any responsibilities. I don't want to be the member of this matrimony ever. And reimburse my amount.

                      Fraudulent matrimony services from india by a veer tamilian named murugavel janaki raman

                      This is relating with a fraudulent activity from m/s bharat matrimony services based out a transaction done on 01st feb 2018. I paid for a 3 month plan for matrimony services. I clearly remember there wasn’t any option for auto renewals. (Matrimony agents agrees the same as well). And on 1st of may they charged me the same amount 2900/- without my authentication / consent.

                      I talked to the merchant & their executives agreed me there are no manual check options for auto renewals, everything auto. Whomever they purchase the services for single time even will be charged automatically without their consent. This is the fifth time in equal intervals i’m purchasing their services i never had such an auto renewal experience. So this one they had implemented this fraud activity very recently. When i talked to one of their senior executives i got an awesome reply like they already send me a mail regarding this pre - planned fraud activity before a week. I checked my mail that was right they sent me the mail, that shows this is a deliberate act with well planning. (Attaching the screenshots of the mail as well)

                      What ever the communication they sent me / even if they call as well, this an injustice over to the customer rights, they charged without consent.

                      I must say this is a high end security breach as well as violation of fare trade/transaction standards. And i feel pity on the merchant bharat matrimony as well as the authentication services from hdfc bank side. I have no idea, how come a credit agency like hdfc can simply promote/ support these fraudulent activity.?

                      It seems they had charged me for this month as well, and going to charge for the next quarters and these charging pattern going to continue without any proper authorization from my end. So i requested your executive to block my card, i would like to continue the banking services even only if they can promise & guarantee secured services as per the banking norms.

                      I found a series of cases pending there in consumer / forums relating this fraudulent attempt in the name of matrimony services.

                      I do posting this here not for any waiver amount from any end. But this is some have very critical. Let the people realize these kinda of frauds. Better the should be quoted as fraud matrimony rather than prefixing bharat.

                      No. I have around 299 contacts as per the latest update. Its accumulated from last 2-3 years I think.
                      The first action here happened is Renewal without my consent.

                      I feel pity on you money frauds, in the name of matrimony services.

                      I would like to ask you, who given authentication to you to access my credit card without my consent.???

                      When I was made my 5th payment on Feb 1st, There were no options I given for renewal- Then how shamelessly you acted - and deducted money from my account. ?

                      For viewers, I must say, you are really saved if you didn't proceeded for the subscription with this group. If you came across this particular merchant's service history, it seems they are just turning like a corporate brand as well as changed as a biggest financial fraud. They do access the credit cards without customer consent, and projecting it as auto renewal. No idea whom did authenticated them to access someone's credit card accounts.

                      I would like to tell you, never go for a payment with this group of frauds ever.
                      Keep spreading this message to maximum extend to your friends & family to avoid discrepancies with this group of frauds never value the customer concerns.

                      However, I would like to take this to another level.
                      Let the public know about their amazing acts, & their justifications relating to the incident.

                        I had made payment on - 24 april 2018 as a premium member for 6 months and on 26th april they say that i have viewed all 120 contact numbers and my package is finished. I locked a request and they are only saying you have used all your contact details. Complaint number is 18267061.
                        I tried reaching them multiple times and every time i get the same reply this will resolve in 5 days or next 2 days. But every time new tech pick the phone and bring the same story.

                        Today, Dated 04.05.2018, some lady called me and gives me suggestion about my personal choice, what i should do that was my decision, who is that lady to give suggestion. She is telling me to remove account from matrimony site. It is my personal choice.

                        Please recruit some educated executives, so that they know the manners of how to behave.

                          I have been a part of this website and see a lot of fake profiles approaching with interest. I do not understand how a huge matrimony website just allows these kind of fake profiles without review. It is highly impactful and all the personal data is let out!
                          How is the management going to rectify this? I have a huge list of profiles that i clearly know are fake, just sharing them with management and deactivating them is not a solution! What's the solution for already stolen data and the effort and money spent by each innocent customer???
                          What's the compensation for that? Should all of the affected customers file a legal action. I would also request other affected customer to come up and file a legal case.

                            I myself received a message from id - h7042113 and accordingly i replied the same after viewing the message. Now i am unable to see the id - h7042113. When i am searching this id it is showing suspended status. Why so?. When the above id has sent me an interest and sent me the message asking for my email. How is it possible to block me or showing suspended status

                              Hello team,

                              I was promised by bharath (Kerala) matrimony photography team that i would receive my photography album within a span of 2 weeks after the event. Trusting them, i opted to go for the photography. But it's been ~4 months since the event (07-jan-2018) has been completed and i am yet to receive my album. I don't see any trace of this team respecting the commitment given to us. Completely unprofessional attitude from the organization.

                              Is there any management who could help me out with a solution?

                                Myself siddesh h s working in cpwd mumbai. I had created a profile to search groom in bharat matrimony site (Id no. K1492734)... And my complaint is that.., ms. Pooja., one of the staff from bharat matrimony, bangalore had called me so many times and forced that i ll help u to search groom who can match your sister by consulting with them.. Even i told her that am working in central public works department i can't login to your site everyday & i can't search.., for that, she said.., i ll send mails and also whatsapp all the required details about groom..., no need to worry sir, am here, u just make payment & u have an exclusive offer also... By convincing in this way & by giving false statement, she made me to make payment.. Bharat matrimony has received (2 times) total amount of about 10, 000.. But no response i have received so far. After payment even single time they have not called and gave me any details regarding groom.. So please take up this complaint on urgent basis so as to avoid bharat matrimony staff making fools to the public and i expect my money ll be refunded as earlier as possible.., your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated..,

                                  On sept 5, 2017, they have provided the details of the package bearing 40000 for 5 persons (Munnar package) we have deposited the half payment as discussed with them.

                                  We have checked with indigo that was a fake ticket. We have regularly trying to contact them and trey to recover the money. But they are not recieving our call.
                                  I have all details of transaction woth rs. 51500
                                  And all the details of tour package.

                                    I have registered to kannada matrimony on 20 april 2018 and am not a premium member. One day i have used this properly afternoon that i was not able to login even after trying many times. Then i installed the same app and in that also only on i got log in and then itz not opening. If you want only premium members then don't allow anyone to register for free. But here you are allowing us to register then doing like this cheap money making stuffs thus simply wasting our time.
