Updated by Sampathkumar619 Team, I received a call from the relationship manager Mr Vijay and His contact no is +[protected].
He is clearly saying that, Most of the people are registered in the bharat matrimony site for doing time pass and fake profile. He is asking me, If you are not willing to pay the membership, You are also one of the person in fake profiles and You need to pay the membership. I asked him, Why you are using those words like fake profile and I said that you are degrading your company service. Then, He telling that, If you are angry on my words and You also fake profile!.
I don’t know why he is communicating like that!
If, I willing to pay means, I can pay online itself and I clearly told to some of the telecallers from matrimony, I will pay after a month and I need a time.
Team, Please take this as seriously and Resolve it. This is very worst service call from manager Vijay, Which was received today from Bharat Matrimony Service at 3pm on 12/01/2018 and Contact No is +[protected]. Place is Guindy, Chennai.
Please take care and Give a best service.
People is registering for getting for good service and People are real in searching profiles.
