In the month of october your customer care agent ms. Nisha from your service called me several times during my teaching timing around 1pm and sleeping timing after 9 pm.
She disturbed me many times at wrong timings.
I said call me at 5pm.
She usually called after 9 pm.
When i asked why should i join ur service.
She said she has committed to 4-5 families in the concern of my profile in my city.
They want to contact me.
I have to just pay 3500 rs.
If we find oursel[censored]nable to find your match then your whole money will be refunded.
Then i tried for online payment for bharatmatrimony at night 10 pm.
But unfortunately by entering wrong pin my account got blocked.
Then she kept me pressuring for payment.
She said her job in danger.
Please save my job.
Due to humanity next day on my working timing i went to bank and with the help of bank officer by using his account he paid online for bharatmatrimony.
Then i paid cash to bank officer.
She lied to me whenever i will pay 3500 rs. Something. She will provide all 4-5 profiles to me.
Who want to contact me.
In this whole act i am cheated.
And after about to completion of 3 month no single profile is provided.
When ever i call her.
She doesnot respond to my call.
I am waiting for completion of the duration.
Then the action will be taken.
Firstly i am looking for some help toward yoyrself.

Bharatmatrimony called me 5 days ago to resolve the matter in 24-48 hours.
But 5 days have been passed.
No contact or no profile is still provide to me as Ms. Nisha promised me as well as she committed to refund of my fees.

Its my third complaint at 4.55 am in morning on 10-01.2018.
Bharat Matrimony calling me again and again for paying money again to renew their third class and below standard service.
Bharat Matrimony has not provided me any of the single member profile as they committed to me about providing
4-5 profiles numbers according to my profile belong to my city before i joined them.
I already refused to Ms. Neesha before 3 month for joining their service coz google have very bad, negative and horrible reviews.
But Ms. Neesha said if we feel unable to find ur match we will refund ur all fees
She kept me pressurised many time.
Nither no number is provided nor any fees is refunded.
I think Bharat Matrimony is not serious a bit about their commitment and consumer rights.

Respected Sir.
Bharat matrimony is disturbing me again and again to renew my plan. Why should i give them other chance to let me robbed again. They have not provided me the contacts's details as they promised me before joining. My all membership fees went in vain because they are arranged for cheating the customers. I want my whole money back now. I have lost totally trust on them.i m in depression. Plz bring me out of this fraud and resolve my problem.

No response after 5-6 days. Harrasment since couples of months. No justice.
I opted for Classic advantage plan, the executive has given me the link to pay money.
They have given me Till you marry option which I didn't opt for and also amount for till you marry plan is 10000 rupees only.

But they have deducted 27000 rupees, total fraud. I need my money back else I want to move forward legally.

    I have been a member of bharatmatrimony.com for the past one and a half years.

    Every time, i was asked renewing my subscription. But in the month of december, bharatmatrimony.com unileaterally introduced a feature called auto renewal and debited my credit card.

    This is nothing but fraud. I request competent authorities in india to take action on bharatmatrimony.com as this company is a publicly traded company. Thanks.

      I want to refund my money back which paid to bharat matrimony for rs 2800/- paid through my credit card. After the payment noting facility given by the company. Before the payment daily 2-3 calls from company sided your profile huge response from other side if you paid rs 2800/- you talk directly. We call to you for searching best partner but after when i made the payment on sigle day i cannot received any call or any service from company sided so i humbly request to you kindly refund my money which company cheating me trf to company account.

        I have recently purchased a 3 month membership through phone. They made me realize to never purchase anything on phone with credit card. So i paid 68$ as part of a special offer given to me on phone. Online, it is 108$. So they took my card details, everything went well. While the 3 months were ending, i turned off auto renewal. Everything still fine, started using the free membership until 8 days later i see that the membership has turned into premium. I call the company they are saying that i did it from my end. I tried to explain them but they kept saying i did it myself. There was o way i could have done it myself because i would have had to pay 108$ instead of 68 if i did it myself online. So this guy who i gave my credit card details to get the transaction done the first time call me on whatsapp, tells me its a mistake and you will get a refund and don't complain i will lose my job. I was like alright lets give him a few days. So the refund never came. I contacted them again telling them that i got this call, and they didn't want to do anything about it. This company is just a piece of you know what. So i called my credit card company changed my credit card so that this does not happen again. But you know its a pain to know that this is a scripted fraud from that company. So never give your card details to anyone on the phone.

        It's waste of spending money for any kind of services with Bharath Matrimony or it's allied services . As you are providing the service that you have promised . And wasting my resources and time .. I have to legally move forward if this is not resolved in time
        It's better to find alternate ways for partner search.

          I have experienced very bad in this profiles i have faced only fake people who fake around do time pass and throw away...
          I would like to share my experience and expect you to take strickt action against this person
          His name is ankkit gaala who contacted me played with my emotions and went away without any intimation and now i came to know he was fake... He lied all the things he dint even specify he is divorsed and broken engagement 2 times. I wish you could take strickt action against him and revert me with positive result.

            Very worst photography... Not handling in a professional way...
            Please do not go with this photography.. Totally unprofessional. Video is of worst quality. Rate is less but quality is worst. No use of steady cam, not good editing. We wasted money simply. Cheaters...

            They are not doing their job... Very worst... I have ever seen such a worst service in my life.

              I had taken "till u marry" plan from bharatmatrimony and was told while taking the plan that after 1 year the subscription would be extended by paying inr 1000 for a year. Now when i want to renew, bm is asking for exorbitant 7000 rs which is not acceptable. Company is free to change plan for new customer but plan cannot be changed flr customer who were subscribed with some other commitment. I would like to file a consumer complaint in case i do not get promised plan. Id is e3354379

                  I am prasanthkumar p v, kannur, kerala. I was a paid registered user of bharat matrimony and my marriage photography and video is done by bharat matrimony itself. It was on 14th may 2017. They have sent me the album and a cd of marriage. But the cd is not working. I have contacted and raised the complaint many times through their customer care member. But till the date i did not get a working video of my marriage.

                    The company has blocked my profile without giving me a real reason. I have sent everything i can and all i get is the same automated response. They refuse a refund. I have not violated any terms or conditions. I have been dealing with your customer service for weeks now. I have given what they asked. Their customer service number doesn't work. There chat live claims they can't help. I just get told to call may credit card company. Please help take care of this. Thank you

                      Bharath matrimony is luring​ the people by sending the likes from fraud accounts created by themselves,
                      It is using all unethical techniques to galvvonise the people's emotion by sending likes from their own accounts (Created by staff or contract marketing staff).
                      As gender ratio to females to males is less it is tough to get a match, people are struggling to get married. Bharath matrymony is encashing it by applying unethical business techniques.
                      "it is inhuman to encash people emotions"
                      I hope bharath matrimony officials​ will change their way of business, if not people come out with solution, where people will have better and free platform.

                        Booked for wedding photography with one person from matrimony...! At the time of wedding., that person was not reachable... Then came someone and till wedding contacted one person after that again someone came... It went on line this...!

                        There is no particular person to speak with.,., no one takes responsibility. After being paid 90% of the amount it's much worse..! Pls don't go for this.., better go to some street side studio they will give much better and good service..!

                          Very very worst service not responding the exact time. Once before i done my payment i inform them my requirements they given me 100 percent guarantee for my preferences afterwards i just find only 3 or 4 based on my requirements. The customer support agents[anila & jisha] they are continuesly calling for payment because they need to achieve the target only so bharath matrimony need only cash they are not resonding my mails also, my advise is to others dont waste your money

                            I never had such a bad experience anywhere. This matrimony photography is a bull #. All
                            They want is money. Before getting the payment they will call you 100 times after that they wont even pick ur call. Its been 4 months after my wedding still i havent got my album or any update on this. #[censored]phtography #moneyminded. Most importantly they are not at all professionals.

                              Bharat matrimony has referred matrimony photography for the event of my wedding. The firm did send us the event album, but has not sent the video footage taken during the event as per the t&c. They failed to respond over the phone call/email. They charge more than the local vendor but their service is awful. They will follow up for the payment but will not complete the work what they get paid for. Never ever choose matrimony photography.

                                Hi all,

                                Today 5th dec 2017. I tried updating my brothers profile to paid profile. A customer executive window popped up for the payment. The agent guided me to pay 3400 rs payment via credit card.

                                They charged me twice and upon query they said i did this transaction twice.
                                Who will like to make first transaction in indian rupees and other in us dollars.

                                I want to educate people that using bhart matrimoney is unsafe. They can read your credit card information from backend and make fraudulent transactions.

                                I got message/email from bank which clearly mentions that we pin was not asked for the transaction.

                                I am scared that these people may pass on my credit card information to someone else and my card is totally unsafe now.

                                Please stop trusting bharat matrimoney.

                                I was asked to make a call to call center and the representative saurav rai was very unsupported and rude. He was not willing to understand the problem and was trying to put the entire blame on me.

                                  I am kruttika (Matriomany id k1695108) im complaining about a boy name vikas somwarpet his id[protected] he is a fraud i know him from past 10 months from bharat matrimony when i had an old id. He had sent me a request in month of may. My parents had accepted it after 3 months of talking in phone we met. We used to talk for hours. I joined his company max life insurance has an agent. My id for max life max665725. I took 15 days training bcoz he had promised me of marrying, he his associate development manager.
                                  Has time passed we started roaming both parents met engament was fixed on november 12th. Before 3 days of engament he broke up

                                    If a person register on ur site by selecting so many multiple option.. then it's too easy for him to make payment if one want to take paid subscription. But by harassing & giving abuse calls is some wat not at all exceptable.. +[protected]

                                      I was given till u marry package with terms and conditions that it's valid till 6 years. Every year rs. 1000 to be paid for renewal. Last year i renewed first time with rs. 1000. Now they are telling they won't renew. I have to do renewal with rs. 6900. They have changed terms and conditions. How can they change terms and conditions on which they have given membership to a customer. We have paid charges looking into the terms and conditions...

                                      Every time my profile is suspended the employees tell me to send the id proof and i send and my profile get activated for some days after that again it get blocked and then when i call the customer care they say me to send the i'd proof again and again this is not done very disgusting none of the employees are helpful they give small excuses like your photo on passport is not matching with the photos which you uploaded on bharatmayrimony lol obviously i will not upload a photo without makeup especially in matrimony site whereas my photo on passport is without makeup this is a stupid reason then they say mam you did not give your salary slip why should i give my salary slip when i'm not working such kind bull # they r asking very poor service from bharat matrimony
