unauthorized charges and worst service

Bharat matrimony — extra charges and worst service

On 15 th july i got a phone from bharat matrimoney (Mr abhishek pandey mobile no [protected]) for registeration of my doughter profile, (Profile id h6652054) as he inform that charges will be rs 4200/for six month and service will be provided as your requirment, unnessary profile would be filtered and you get only profile as per your set norms.
When i pay it is rs5199/immediately...

On 15 th july i got a phone from bharat matrimoney (Mr abhishek pandey mobile no [protected]) for registeration of my doughter profile, as he inform that charges will be rs 4200/for six month and service will be provided as your requirment, unnessary profile would be filtered and you get only profile as per your set norms.
When i pay it is rs5199/immediately call mr pandey he assured that extra money will be return you within few hours.
After 2days when i did not get my hard earn money i call to mr pandey, he did not pick my phone
Now every alternate day i call customer care of bharat matrimoney also chat online, complaint but nothing happened.
Please return my rs 5199/ as there service is worst, they cheat me.

      I have paid rs1800 as registration fees for getting profiles, they immediately sent the person to my home & collected the rs.1800/ money and gave some fake & useless profiles. The girl sowndarya bheema matrimony mobile no:[protected]. Gave me fake promises & didnt give any proper response bheema matrimony is no one fraud matrimony. They are no one cheaters dont get exploited by them beware of these 420s.

        We have been a member of kerala matrimony since 2011 and unfortunately we are yet to find right match.

        In august 2015 kerala matrimony office offered us a special package/plan called "till you marry" and sent detailed terms and conditions of plan. Based on the terms and conditions of the package offered to us, we accepted the offer and made the payment of rs.9900/-.. The main terms of the package given to us in writing are reproduced below:

        "package validity - upto 6 years or date of marriage whichever is earlier
        After 2 years, just pay rs.1000 as annual service fee - nothing else
        Package expires after second year if annual service fee is not paid"

        Yesterday evening while i was travelling, i got a tel call from km office that the present plan is expiring by 1 st august and the same needs to be renewed and the renewal fee is rs.6900 for one year. I replied that as per the plan offered to us only service fee of rs.1000/- needs to be paid.

        Today morning as i followed up the matter tried to contact the person who called me yesterday. After repeated calls i could talk to one ms. Jeen on the subject who said that the present rate is rs.6900 and to be paid for renewal for one year. She could not solve the issue. Later i tried to call few other nos. And i was directed to contact one mr., rajkumar, manager at ernkakulam office,. Though i made few calls to contact him, i was not connected (Called[protected]. First i was told that he was in a meeting. Later one or two calls were cut. Finally i talked to one gentleman mr. Steaffen whom i initially thought was mr. Rajkumar. Mr. Steaffen told that mr. Rajkumar was not in the office. I am not sure which is correct. At least mr,. Steaffen had the patience to hear the details and told me he will get back after discussing with higher ups.

        Our issue is simple. We have taken the package in august 2015 based on the terms and conditions according to which, we need to pay only rs.1000 for renewal for one year, till 6 years, if marriage is not taking place. The fact that kerala matrimony later on changed the terms of the plan/period etc. Is applicable only to those who have taken revised plan and not to us. This is just a simple logic or law of contract (Offer and acceptance). Eg. If i put a fixed deposit with bank for 5 years at 12 % interest, the bank cannot change the interest rate 5 years because the market rate has come down. There are laws in this country and there are govt boidies/forumns to to represent unilateral and unlawful and unethical practices.

        I presume that the kerala matrimony staff has taken a stand as above due to their ignorance and lack of appreciation of rules and statutes available to common man to get due justice. I request kerala matrimony organisation to address this issue with due importance and priority so that the confusion is cleared immediately and we are able to pay the renewal premium of rs.1000 before 1-8-2017.in case, we are not able pay the renewal fee due to delay in resolving the issue by km headquarters, we will not be responsible for the delayed payment.

          First they commited for one payment and when we reach the office they will say price had been increased and bluff with the customer and they are playing with the customer feeling ...Fraud especially in Bangalore Malleswaram Branch people they will commit some amt over phone and after reaching the office they will say some manager had not give permission for the amt and they same that we have to pay the full amt what thy say with so many expectation we will go there they will cheat and bluff the customer

          Why the Plan rates will be keep on changing on every day .

          The manager OF malleswaram who sits in Koramangala office by Name Mr SANJAY has a waste team where thy will cheat the customer

          Even they told me another way to cheat their own company ..

            The company frauds by not explaining the terms and conditions before making online payment. They automatically renew the subscriptions without getting approval from the authorized person. If the auto renewal will be done if we use credit or we are nri it should be informed and explained by the company. How can they use auto renewal will be done in terms and conditions section? How auto renewal will be the terms and condition? This is the option that customer has to choose. By default during payment the option has been checked. This shouldn't be the case. By default the auto renewal option should be unchecked and it shouldn't be part of terms and conditions also

                Suddenly i got call from paid membership, i told tha girl that i will think on it first i would like to take some experience on free membership, after some hour again i got a call from same girl and again asking for paid memberahip, i told her that in few hours how can i get more information, but she was calling me regularly,
                Today again i got a call from another girl [protected] from this number at 6:40 pm and ask me for paid membership, when i told her that i took paid membership from jeevansathi.com taday morning,
                Then she told me, "fir aapne ye kyu nhi liya, wo kyu liya, 11prof k intrest aye hai aapko,
                I told her that i never get an intrest from 11 profiles, then she told me that,"aap roz login karte ho, aapko dikhta nahi kya, samajhna chahiye,
                Then i told her that i removed your application on morning, then she told
                Remove kyu kiya app aapne, sidha profile delete karna chahiye na, taki hamare customer ko aapka id na dikhe, aur hame bhi prob nahi, aur call center se call bbi nhi ayenge.
                Is this a service from bharatmatrimony???

                  I Deposited Rs. 4079/- on 07/06/2017 against User ID No. P1505581 for renewal of 3 months. After an hour I received a call from Ms. Minakashi from Bharat matrimony’s Ludhiana Office on Mobile No. [protected] & No. [protected] that the above mentioned ID is closed due to some reason known to them and they created new User ID no. P1566529 of my daughter Miss Sukhdeep Kaur and offered me to deposited Rs. 6520/- for a year or till marriage. She told me to deposit Rs. 6520/- afresh and Rs. 4079/- will make refund to me within 4-5 days. In good faith I deposited another amount of Rs. 6520/- on the same day i.e. on 07/06/2017 through State Bank Debit Card, as promised by Ms. Minakashi an employee of the Company that Rs. 4079/- will be made refund by the company within 4-5 day but my repeated requests the company has not made me refund till date.

                  I think it a act of cheating by the employee of the company to get double amount from the customers by misguiding them. As they got from me Rs. 4079/- and Rs. 6520/- against the same ID No. P1566529 and not made refund of Rs. 4079/- till date which also leads to harassment from last one month and making false promised that amount will be refunded within 1-2 days . Photo copy of the account statement showing debit Rs. 4079/- and Rs. 6520/- on 07.06.2017 attached.
                  Action sought
                  -Refund me Rs. 4079/- within 2 days by deposit into my Account No. [protected] with State Bank of India, Hoshiarpur IFSC - SBIN0000653.
                  - This type of misguiding should not be repeated with another customer.- Compnay should guide their employees not to misguide the customers.
                  In case of company unable to refund me Rs. 4079/-within 2 days, a criminal complaint as well as complaint for refund and other harassment charges with 20% interest in Consumer forum will be filed against Company/employee for cheating, misguiding, harassment and knowingly not making refund .

                    I am a paid member of Bharat Matrimony. In starting when i registered with this company i was in a planning to go ahead with self online service. Later on i received call from one of their agent and she convenienced me go ahead for assissted service. She explained me the whole procedure and later on they charged 18000 k from me for 3 months assisted service. I was not satisfied with their service and later on after a month time i raised this issue with them they said their is new service you have to pay 18000 more and then for sure you will get a positive response . It would be a special service. I said ok, go ahead and i paid for that also and got registered for 6 months. Now its 3 months passed away . No improvement in service and also very poor customer service. I will advice to all not to choose Bharat Matrimony as this company is totally fake and also i want my amount refund back from this lier company management.

                      One of executive called from kannada matrimony and promised that package will be activated for 6 months. But in system it will show you for 3 months. She had said me that i have updated package manually and it will come for 6 months. Everything thing is lied and i am really very disappointed. And now executive are calling me and saying package is closed and to reactivate. Initially had promised we had updated your package for 6 months. But package has expired in 3 months.

                        Hello i have been betrayed by your customer care executive mahalakshmi from kormangala, bangalore office.

                        I had created a profile and initially it was under free membership. I used to receive calls daily from your customer care executive named mahalakshmi from kormangala, bangalore office to upgrade it to paid membership. Last week i decided to upgrade to classic membership. During our discussion, mahalakshmi mentioned that she will be giving me an offer prize of rs. 3000 for 4 months classic membership. (She increased the time period from 3 months to 4 months). I agreed for it. Since it was online payment, she said she needs to make some changes in bill and the amount was displayed as rs.3700. I again asked her that we agreed for rs 3000 and not for rs 3700. For that she said rs 700 will be refunded back and asked me to send my account number and ifsc code to her mobile number. I sent her the details. I have not received any refund till now. I have tried to reach her many times but she is not picking the call.

                        Being a reputed company, i did not expect this cheating behaviour from bharat matrimony and its customer care executive. These incidents will make customer to loose trust on bharat matrimony.

                        I expect the amount of rs 700 to be refunded, validity extended to 4 months and strict action to be taken against mahalakshmi.

                        These type of customer care executives will not bring good name to your company.

                          My account got renewed automatically without notifying to me. Isn't this a fraud saving my credit card details and doing auto renewal without my knowledge. Your website doesn't show anywhere about auto renewal features to the customers. How would you expect that your customer know the feature of auto renewal. This is really frustrating as we lost our hard earned money with out being intimated about that. Your website has really become a chor and worst company ever.

                            5-feb-17 i signed up for a paid plan on bharatmatrimony.com. I paid $312
                            6-feb-17 arjun kumar (Arjun. [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com) called 4 times saying that i have signed up for a domestic plan. I should instead sign up for international plan. I should pay $286 for the right plan and that i will be refunded $312 in two days.
                            13-feb-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
                            14-feb-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
                            28-feb-17 kaushal mishra (Kaushal. [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com) calls and says he will take care of the matter. He will call back in 7 days. He never did
                            20-mar-17 arjun kumar says i will get my refund in 10-15 working days
                            17-apr-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.

                              I havetaken bharat matrimony assisted membership. Bt i found its a worst service and waste of money. Before opting this service, the employee of bharat matrimony created a very good picture of service bt reality is something else. Its waste of money.                                 We were searching for an alliance for our daughter. We registered free to bharat matrimony. And searched the site. After some time few rm from“elite matrimony” called us and talked about the privileges of becoming a member if elite matrimony, and said that they have number of good profiles. One rm has written that elite matrimony will refund if we are unhappy about the wservice. And another rm told us that she can give us a discounted rate which is rs. 72000/- for 6 months. We had seen almost all the profiles in bharat matrimony before and were convinced of getting a better alliance from elite matrimony. But to our disappointment, after payment, we came to know that they have only the same profiles in bharat matrimony. When we address it rm said that those are also profiles of elite members. But we are not allowed to see elite matrimony profile page. I put the service on hold after i came to know they are just sending us profiles of their choice and not as per our choice or horoscope preference. And sent many messages. But the reply was that there is a shortage of profiles. Earlier before paying the money the rm said they have enough profiles of our choice and through elite matrimony the marriage would definitely happen. But now i understand that we are cheated. There are few more weeks left for finishing the service. When informing our unhappiness, these people are very clever in defending their part. We have a request to all that, please never ever become trapped in their crooked net. We lost our hard earned money. It is because our law is weak, these type of cheaters are flourishing. I wish if anybody or any media could warn about these people's crooked ways.

                                A lady from Elite matrimony contacted us on June 22 itself and checked our grievances and promised she will inform the management and do the needful and she will reply to us by email. When we received the call immediately we hoped that there will be a positive resolution to this.. But after that no communication from anybody from Bharat /Elite Matrimony. We are rather surprised and very much disappointed on their silence. We have already sent detailed report of their unfair/broken service to the Elite care team earlier. If they cant give the service as promised or published in their advertisement, they should at least compensate to the customers as every reputable companies do. What they now doing is cheating customers, which is very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

                                I find here marked as my complaint is resolved . But infact it is not resolved. And I dont know who marked it as resolved.They sent me a message saying that they cant refund giving many false statements. I have replied all with proof. But now they are not responding even after many reminders..It is very disappointing that even through a consumer forum cant straighten things.

                                  To upgrade for anid, had paid inr 7247 instead of inr 4250 while upgrading the package. This happened because the concerned executive mala sent a wrong link to pay the amount in dollars. Request you to refund the additional amount of inr3000.

                                  Its been 2 weeks, and nobody either responded or refunded the excess money.

                                  For all the bharat matrimony ticket raised, an auto reply will be sent.

                                    During membership the sales executive promised that my validity time period is 3 months + 1 month and 1 month will be added during the end of 2 months that is 59 th day but still it is not added and no proper response or resolution received. I am keep following up but no proper response received it. It is completely fraudulent and money cheating. Before doing membership they are keep calling per day minimum 5 to 10 times but after membership it is very difficult to reach or catch to get the resolution so many people or cheated kindly review please take action i am ready to come to any court even i am thinking to file case. Kindly do the needful it will be lesson to others and this will bring the regulation on this field.
