He mentions his mom is from nagpur maharashtra who is no more. Please be aware of such frauds

Bharath matrimony just shut down ur business man ur playing fool with so many innocent life's
If there is no action is taken on this account den i personally sue u and ur paid customer in court

Worst wedding service by matrimony photography i have ever seen. Lots and lots of mistakes and irresponsible attitude. I request every person not to give any work to these unprofessional peoples. Really got fed up by calling everyday and requesting them to send my album and videos. Everyday i have to push them to do my work. A month passed of my marriage, still no response from them. Also many important video clippings are not taken when asked. They are best at making invalid excuses.. Sadly i am writing all these about them. I cannot do anything more than this coz already paid full amount. If it was possible i have reported against these unprofessionals but alas. Their license should be cut from the wedding services.

On the commitment of marriage he had physicall relation with me. Myself meenakshi kanojia, i was registered with your site in 2014 mid with the registered email of my father that is mr. R. K. Kanojia (Rajkumar. [protected]@gmail.com). My bharatmatrimony id was meenakshi kanojia (H4231998)

I got my match in somewhere around 2014 feb name sachin kumar. Our families met and fixed our marriage. I got engaged on 5-10-14, and married on 15-02-15.in between that we started having conversation on call, n message.

I really need your help, because since the day i got married this person and his family tortured me mentally n physically for dowry. They have given wrong information about him. Now our matter is in court as they all did domstic violence with me and also forced me to leave job. They made me financially dependent and till the date i am having a son of 1.9 years old. My husband is not bearing our responsibilities and is not ready to give any expense.

Now i am at my parents home since nov 2016, when they beaten me n put my phone in their custody so that i won't be able to call police and locked me in room without my child.

So therefore i need your help. Please provide me the details of my husband of that time when registered his id with your matrimonial site.

1) no matter what the issue is, the customer care for assisted matrimony is never reachable. What kind of a service keep so many numbers and do not respond on any service numbers? There is no escalation matrix and if there is any complaint or ticket raised, it is lost. We just simply keep tearing our heads but there is actually no service provided. Even if by chance one of the number is answered they keep telling to call the other number or say that someone will contact, which never happens
2) [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com, helpdesk and the relationship managers never respond to the complaints raised on the mail. Their job is to ensure the payment is done and never provide services nor we could reach any of assisted service customer numbers. One number constantly goes to call forwarding.
3) for assisted matrimony services people keep calling until you pay. After that they just send some profiles. But in fact they do not contact the profiles and they randomly send some interests to profiles without our consent which does not fit any of the preferences we give and even if they do that they just dont even see even if at least one of the preference is matching other than the gender. Just for the sake of count they send our profile to random people and pass time this way until next payment

Job of bharat matrimony is just to drag people until they pay money and after that there is no response what so ever. Bad services, fraud profiles and lack of background verification is one thing, there is never response to the assisted matrimony services numbers and no response to the complaints or clarifications raised on customer care numbers

Though the payment has been made for 6 months, the classic package has been deactivated abruptly since 9th aug 2017. They mailed on 9th aug that the service would be restarted within 48 hours. - ticket id - bm17292228. However post this deadline also the service not restarted.
Meanwhile, your insensitive system calls up for renewal of services.

On following up, their staff tells that the problem is not with their department.

And your state head - mr. Kumar mohan, when called states "don't get into an argument". So a customer who is asking for service which is paid for and due refund on time, is getting into an argument!

Your sales team follows up incessantly till we upgrade or become a premium member - giving all big promises - we are here to support, we will ensure quality of service this time. Sales executive - deepali from pune office.

However, when it comes to ensure service is provided as committed or refund process or at least the basic service for which i have paid, there is no response, calls are not attended! They even go to the next level, asking their colleagues to call and lie that deepali has resigned and is getting married. This tells about your reputation and relationship management.

Regarding refund of money, first you do not want to provide commitment. When pushed for, you provide a timeline of 1 month after a week. Then after 20 days, you call and inform that your mode wasn't online, hence we require your address to send cheque. When followed up near the deadline of 30 days, you again tell that we will require another 15 days to process the payment. What is this, a 5 year repayment scheme!
& your employee says don't complain to me!

Didn't expect such pathetic service from a reputed brand like you. This is worse than local match-making mandals.

Please note that due to repeated follow up calls by your personnel mr. Ajay kumar (Mobile no.[protected]) on phone on 30th july 2017 to extend the bharatmatrimony.com services for matrimonial of my daughter nidhi sharma (Id: h6094938) for next quarter in advance at discount rate rs.2400/- for a quarter. I was told to deposit online rs.5299/- and was assured to refund the balance amount giving credit. I transferred the amount using netbanking (My transaction ref no. Igabsvlhz9 for rs.5299/- dated 30.7.17). Despite repeated requests, i have not received the amount credit in my account yet.
Kindly expedite the same or else i shall be left with no alternate but to file complaint with consumer court.

An amount of $170/- is being collected regularly by bharat matrimony without our consent, misusing credit card information, which is not only illegal but also a fraudulent activity. No prior information was given.

The company - bharat matrimony has been indulging into fraud/ forgery activity which must be stopped immediately and the company must refund all the amount collected so far. We are not at all interested to continue with bharat matrimony.

On 15 th july i got a phone from bharat matrimoney (Mr abhishek pandey mobile no [protected]) for registeration of my doughter profile, (Profile id h6652054) as he inform that charges will be rs 4200/for six month and service will be provided as your requirment, unnessary profile would be filtered and you get only profile as per your set norms.
When i pay it is rs5199/immediately call mr pandey he assured that extra money will be return you within few hours.
After 2days when i did not get my hard earn money i call to mr pandey, he did not pick my phone
Now every alternate day i call customer care of bharat matrimoney also chat online, complaint but nothing happened.
Please return my rs 5199/ as there service is worst, they cheat me.

I have paid rs1800 as registration fees for getting profiles, they immediately sent the person to my home & collected the rs.1800/ money and gave some fake & useless profiles. The girl sowndarya bheema matrimony mobile no:[protected]. Gave me fake promises & didnt give any proper response bheema matrimony is no one fraud matrimony. They are no one cheaters dont get exploited by them beware of these 420s.

We have been a member of kerala matrimony since 2011 and unfortunately we are yet to find right match.

In august 2015 kerala matrimony office offered us a special package/plan called "till you marry" and sent detailed terms and conditions of plan. Based on the terms and conditions of the package offered to us, we accepted the offer and made the payment of rs.9900/-.. The main terms of the package given to us in writing are reproduced below:

"package validity - upto 6 years or date of marriage whichever is earlier
After 2 years, just pay rs.1000 as annual service fee - nothing else
Package expires after second year if annual service fee is not paid"

Yesterday evening while i was travelling, i got a tel call from km office that the present plan is expiring by 1 st august and the same needs to be renewed and the renewal fee is rs.6900 for one year. I replied that as per the plan offered to us only service fee of rs.1000/- needs to be paid.

Today morning as i followed up the matter tried to contact the person who called me yesterday. After repeated calls i could talk to one ms. Jeen on the subject who said that the present rate is rs.6900 and to be paid for renewal for one year. She could not solve the issue. Later i tried to call few other nos. And i was directed to contact one mr., rajkumar, manager at ernkakulam office,. Though i made few calls to contact him, i was not connected (Called[protected]. First i was told that he was in a meeting. Later one or two calls were cut. Finally i talked to one gentleman mr. Steaffen whom i initially thought was mr. Rajkumar. Mr. Steaffen told that mr. Rajkumar was not in the office. I am not sure which is correct. At least mr,. Steaffen had the patience to hear the details and told me he will get back after discussing with higher ups.

Our issue is simple. We have taken the package in august 2015 based on the terms and conditions according to which, we need to pay only rs.1000 for renewal for one year, till 6 years, if marriage is not taking place. The fact that kerala matrimony later on changed the terms of the plan/period etc. Is applicable only to those who have taken revised plan and not to us. This is just a simple logic or law of contract (Offer and acceptance). Eg. If i put a fixed deposit with bank for 5 years at 12 % interest, the bank cannot change the interest rate 5 years because the market rate has come down. There are laws in this country and there are govt boidies/forumns to to represent unilateral and unlawful and unethical practices.

I presume that the kerala matrimony staff has taken a stand as above due to their ignorance and lack of appreciation of rules and statutes available to common man to get due justice. I request kerala matrimony organisation to address this issue with due importance and priority so that the confusion is cleared immediately and we are able to pay the renewal premium of rs.1000 before 1-8-2017.in case, we are not able pay the renewal fee due to delay in resolving the issue by km headquarters, we will not be responsible for the delayed payment.

First they commited for one payment and when we reach the office they will say price had been increased and bluff with the customer and they are playing with the customer feeling ...Fraud especially in Bangalore Malleswaram Branch people they will commit some amt over phone and after reaching the office they will say some manager had not give permission for the amt and they same that we have to pay the full amt what thy say with so many expectation we will go there they will cheat and bluff the customer

Why the Plan rates will be keep on changing on every day .

The manager OF malleswaram who sits in Koramangala office by Name Mr SANJAY has a waste team where thy will cheat the customer

The company frauds by not explaining the terms and conditions before making online payment. They automatically renew the subscriptions without getting approval from the authorized person. If the auto renewal will be done if we use credit or we are nri it should be informed and explained by the company. How can they use auto renewal will be done in terms and conditions section? How auto renewal will be the terms and condition? This is the option that customer has to choose. By default during payment the option has been checked. This shouldn't be the case. By default the auto renewal option should be unchecked and it shouldn't be part of terms and conditions also

I paid membership rs 5799 with tax on 09/07/2017 at time 8.39. Am morning sunday but i will conframation still today 7.50 pm 10/07/2017 monday 5500 charge + 299 tax with internet banking onlinesbi i don't know mode of payment (Imps/rtgs/neft) but and my bank balance debited 5799.00 at time of payment in imps payment made immediate and rtgs/neft made monday after 10.30 am morning

Suddenly i got call from paid membership, i told tha girl that i will think on it first i would like to take some experience on free membership, after some hour again i got a call from same girl and again asking for paid memberahip, i told her that in few hours how can i get more information, but she was calling me regularly,
Today again i got a call from another girl [protected] from this number at 6:40 pm and ask me for paid membership, when i told her that i took paid membership from jeevansathi.com taday morning,
Then she told me, "fir aapne ye kyu nhi liya, wo kyu liya, 11prof k intrest aye hai aapko,
I told her that i never get an intrest from 11 profiles, then she told me that,"aap roz login karte ho, aapko dikhta nahi kya, samajhna chahiye,
Then i told her that i removed your application on morning, then she told
Remove kyu kiya app aapne, sidha profile delete karna chahiye na, taki hamare customer ko aapka id na dikhe, aur hame bhi prob nahi, aur call center se call bbi nhi ayenge.
Is this a service from bharatmatrimony???

I Deposited Rs. 4079/- on 07/06/2017 against User ID No. P1505581 for renewal of 3 months. After an hour I received a call from Ms. Minakashi from Bharat matrimony’s Ludhiana Office on Mobile No. [protected] & No. [protected] that the above mentioned ID is closed due to some reason known to them and they created new User ID no. P1566529 of my daughter Miss Sukhdeep Kaur and offered me to deposited Rs. 6520/- for a year or till marriage. She told me to deposit Rs. 6520/- afresh and Rs. 4079/- will make refund to me within 4-5 days. In good faith I deposited another amount of Rs. 6520/- on the same day i.e. on 07/06/2017 through State Bank Debit Card, as promised by Ms. Minakashi an employee of the Company that Rs. 4079/- will be made refund by the company within 4-5 day but my repeated requests the company has not made me refund till date.

I think it a act of cheating by the employee of the company to get double amount from the customers by misguiding them. As they got from me Rs. 4079/- and Rs. 6520/- against the same ID No. P1566529 and not made refund of Rs. 4079/- till date which also leads to harassment from last one month and making false promised that amount will be refunded within 1-2 days . Photo copy of the account statement showing debit Rs. 4079/- and Rs. 6520/- on 07.06.2017 attached.
Action sought
-Refund me Rs. 4079/- within 2 days by deposit into my Account No. [protected] with State Bank of India, Hoshiarpur IFSC - SBIN0000653.
- This type of misguiding should not be repeated with another customer.- Compnay should guide their employees not to misguide the customers.
In case of company unable to refund me Rs. 4079/-within 2 days, a criminal complaint as well as complaint for refund and other harassment charges with 20% interest in Consumer forum will be filed against Company/employee for cheating, misguiding, harassment and knowingly not making refund .

I am a paid member of Bharat Matrimony. In starting when i registered with this company i was in a planning to go ahead with self online service. Later on i received call from one of their agent and she convenienced me go ahead for assissted service. She explained me the whole procedure and later on they charged 18000 k from me for 3 months assisted service. I was not satisfied with their service and later on after a month time i raised this issue with them they said their is new service you have to pay 18000 more and then for sure you will get a positive response . It would be a special service. I said ok, go ahead and i paid for that also and got registered for 6 months. Now its 3 months passed away . No improvement in service and also very poor customer service. I will advice to all not to choose Bharat Matrimony as this company is totally fake and also i want my amount refund back from this lier company management.

One of executive called from kannada matrimony and promised that package will be activated for 6 months. But in system it will show you for 3 months. She had said me that i have updated package manually and it will come for 6 months. Everything thing is lied and i am really very disappointed. And now executive are calling me and saying package is closed and to reactivate. Initially had promised we had updated your package for 6 months. But package has expired in 3 months.
