Hi, On Nov 11th 2022 Bharat matrimony auto renewed my subscription and deducted more than INR 5000 from my card without even warning or asking for my confirmation .
The information regarding auto renewal was no where shown on their page easily . They never even asked me in the first page if I want to auto renew my subscription or not . This is total fraud . They should be stopped .
Please address my concern.

    I am resubmitting the complaint with the dissatisfaction after submitting the complaint once and still not receiving a response.

    With reference to our Gold Plan purchased on 20th August 2022, would like to bring to your kind notice that the said plan is sold by your sales representative Mrs. Shilpa Awadh giving misleading information and false commitments, I hereby raise a complaint.
    While purchasing a plan it was thoroughly discussed with your sales representative that when you send us the profiles, we may not find the same suitable, rather we may like other matches suiting our partner preferences. That time she promised us that whichever profiles we like for which we cannot view the details directly, will be shared by her once we place the request of profile numbers with her. After purchasing the plan when I am asking her to share the contact numbers of the profiles of my choice which I am not able to view directly, she refuses to share the same for some reasons. If she knew that it is not possible for her to share the numbers requested, on what basis and why did she ensure us so while purchasing the plan? This is nothing but pure cheating to convince customers to purchase the plan.

    The folders shared by her are useless for us as the similar profiles are repeated in the other folders except few profiles. Also it contains many non-maharashtrian profiles, some are overage and some are below height which are not our partner preferences. In three folders total 165 profiles are without any photos. Though I communicated that there is hardly any count matching our preferences, was conveniently ignored by her. Â
    Also, we were promised that though the membership ends on 18th November 2022 access for membership will be given till November 2022 end. But the same is not reflected in our membership details. Â

    I repeatedly brought to her attention that I trusted her being the part of one of the reputed matrimony websites, she cheated me by deceptive conversation to sell the plan trickly.

    In this scenario, I request you either to refund my money immediately for not providing the committed services or direct your sales representatives to comply with the commitments given while selling the plan. It also may be noted that such fraudulent behaviour of your sales representative is not acceptable under any circumstances and the matter will be taken to the highest level till it gets resolved.Â

      I registered in Vishwakarma matrimony as gold member, later I chose addons top listing and profile highlighter, for those addons I tried to pay amount, as it was showing payment error customer care asked me to transfer it through NEFT, paid 2800rs through NEFT payments and shared screenshot to "[protected]@communitymatrimony.com" on 16th oct 2022, but till now no response from them and not activating. daily I contact customer care and told my issue they simply said it will clear within 24hours, but till now issue not resolved. Yesterday they told they will refund the money but did not refund yet. Today also I requested the money to refund, they telling it will be returned after 24 or 48 hours. want my amount back. worst service.

        I created a profile on Kerala matrimony on behalf of my brother who is in India.done the payment . The payment details shown in the name of community matrimony. When I login to kerala matrimony I automatically directed community matrimony without knowing I’m using another matrimony. One representative called me for upgrade mr. Nagarajan when I initially opened the account. Now I remember he addressed me on behalf of community matrimony.
        Now when we got an interest message we tried the contact details they advised for upgrade . I contacted the customer care. Then on the chat box the name appeared Nagarajan, he said we paid for Kerala matrimony. But on the payment receipt it’s mentioned community matrimony. When I emailed them they replied both Kerala matrimony and community are branches of Bharath matrimony.
        So my issue is when I search I can see all the profiles look same, they can take the payment from any name . But when we choose the contacts they need money for all these. So I doubt this as fraudulent activity.
        When my receipt says I payed for community matrimony why can’t I access the contacts.

          This is frustrating. My account got auto debited for 215 CAD by Bharat Matrimony. I didnt right to choose my Subscription. This is unfair and very bad business plan. I want refund immediately. If I want the service then I will buy, you dont have the right to force/trick.

          Need Immediate refund.

              We have opted for Bharat matrimony assisted service.. Service clearly says we shall contact.. We have not received any calls or support from the assisted service.. we have lodged complaints numerous times in app or the customer care.. everytime they take complaint and give ticket number.. We are very clear we want refund as no service was provided. Their ring for calls from services last for 28seconds and claim we aren't picking the calls. We have all the documents and screenshot of all complaint.. Refund our money back.. Please don't choose Bharat Matrimony.. it's a waste of money and time ..

                Bought a paid plan from tamilmatrimony website for Rs.5300/- but some of their important features are not working. i had raised a complaint with their customer support team but they are not responding to me. as i made the payment through online i lost the control with them. Nobody is responding properly. cant get in touch with them through offline also.

                I raised this complain on 9th September and made a several follow-up calls but they are not responding properly after collecting the money from customers

                    False commitment by sales person

                    Sukanya, an executive, told me to get a premium membership to contact 366 profiles falling under my criteria, and based on this information I paid and became a prime member. After the payment, I was able to see only 69 profiles out of which not every profile belongs to Bengali-Kurmi Caste.

                    I have already contacted Sukanya ( who sold me this product) and the grievance team but no response from both of them.

                    Urgent Complaint on Fake Profile: Abhishek Sharma.

                    This profile with VP HR in Royal Bank of Scotland and IIMA is a fake profile. And unable to report it too on the app. (Attached screenshot of this too).

                    There are cases on consumer courts on this and during Background Check we got details about this fake profile.

                    Bharat Matrimony is not verifying profile and giving recommendations of fake profiles.

                      Anyone wanting to sign in and make payments for Bharat Matrimony please be aware that it's a total fraud portal with fake profiles being created to lure people into joining the site.
                      It is a highly insecure and unprotected site where your phone number is in hands o[censored]nverified mediators and middle men who do not allow you to contact the actual person directly. They are rude and can't speak English or proper Hindi.
                      l was told that if I wanted to send messages I need to make a payment. I used to get 5 to 10 calls a day for this. After making payment I realised over 80% are fake profiles. These unpaid members are also able to send messages which BM is not able to explain how it is possible. Moreover they are run by Mediators who misuse your personal WhatsApp number and send messages.

                      As per their policy one can get full refund if one is not getting results..
                      Their policy is as below...
                      "To portray our level of confidence in our services, we are offering a 100% refund if you do not get any response within 30 days. We will be glad to refund 100% of your membership fee! Registration is simple and will take only a few minutes of your time."

                      Before joining they never told that their unpaid members which are over 80% are not scrutinized or verified.

                      Beware of this portal. Join if you want to be looted and circulate your personal details to unverified mediators.

                        Bharat matrimony ne mere email id pare report karke block kare de hai jishe mein unhe email nahi kare pa rhe ho, Unhone kaha tha vo half refund kare ge mein half refund ke liye bhe mne gaye tha lekin itne din ho gye uske bade unhone koi call nahi kiya mujhe aure mere email id block kare de - Mein bharat Matrimony ke customer service pare call karte ho tu kehte hai rajister email id se mail karo but unhone to block kare de hai 😓😓😓Mein bhoat mentally disturbed ho rahe ho bharat matrimony ke vajah se please help me 🙏

                            We have written several emails to BM with valid proof that over 80% of their profiles are fake. I have asked for a refund of my payment of Rs. 2060.00 which no one bothers to respond to.

                            All their Regular unpaid profiles have phone numbers which belong to middle men or marriage bureaus who do not allow you to contact the concerned person. They speak rudely and even wrote on your personal whatsapp number asking for your personal details.
                            This is extremely unsafe as our personal information goes to all unsafe mediators.

                            I have come across three male pictures in the girls section and no one at BM scrutinizes the profile before uploading them. They deleted only when I told them because they just do not check and verify profiles.

                            This portal is a total waste of time with FAKE profiles and they loot the innocent people who pay and get no results.
                            Out of total 19787 profiles of we select the PRIME verified profiles it filters down to just 3125 out of which over 200 are repeat profiled and the same repeats for weeks, leaving no choice at all but to close the site.

                            I demand a refund but no one bothers to respond once you make a payment.

                                When joining the services a lot of importance was given for assisted services but there is no one to guide or support you nor any profiles are contacted. Horrible experience with the relationship manager and his senior.
                                Nithish and PRAVIN.
                                Even the customer care person did not resolve anything nor was in communication after the complaint.
                                All money gone down the drain. Not a single contact given.And nobody to even look into the matter.

                                    I need the reasons for below question. why you again and again activate my account without concerns. Last time, same issues happened and I have raised the complaint Althea refunded the amount.
                                    This is second time.

                                    1.your team not give proper response
                                    2. How can I confirm my auto renewal mode is turn off conditions.
                                    3. Before Renewal your team without reach to my number.after without my concern debit my account then I am follow up to everyone regarding the reasons but nobody response my questions.
                                    4. This is not acceptable. Totally disappointed to me.again and again

                                    5. I don’t want to continue my services after my account expire validating date. Also I need my refund amount. Rs5069

                                    Hereafter don’t activate the auto renewal mode.

                                      Fraud issue with Bharat Matrimonial
                                      I have written several emails to BM regarding fake profiles being created by mediators who do not allow us to contact the partner and just take our private details and then do not get back.

                                      We have a three month paid membership and its over a month and not got any result as in all cases there is a mediator involved..

                                      BM seems to be just uploading fake ID's just to lure the members to make payments and then waste precious time in searching for a suitable partner which ultimately is a waste of time.

                                      I reported a fake ID H[protected]Arushi Patel) which was blocked and the very next day another profile was created against ID H11311577 BM failed to register.

                                      Unpaid mediators are also able to send messages which I was not able to do when I was an unpaid member and was forced to make payments in case I wanted to contact anyone.

                                      When we complain we get a standard pre typed reply with a Ticket number and till date I have just got one phone call telling me that I should only contact Prime members.

                                      I have again received another request from a girl for my son who claims to be Dr. Mehak Arora with ID 11324599. Although they are not a Prime Paid member they have the facility to send messages which I fail to understand how its possible.

                                      When we called, no one picked up on the mobile or whatsapp. When we contacted them on the Whatsapp number the reply was in mixed Hindi and English and only asked for bio data as all MEDIATORS normally do.

                                      Please call us on [protected]. We got a call on this number twice from one BM representative by the name Franklin who said he will help us with the refund but nothing has happened till date.
