I am extremely sorry to say that I am receiving the worst service from the Bharath matrimony.
I have also initiated a chat and call with the team regarding the help but no use.

Below are the issues.

1.When I was a free user, I used to get more views from strangers' profiles (like XYZ has noticed you) . from the day i made it to paid services, i stopped getting that message and that also means nobody is able to find me, instead i have to go on their profile and look at them and they will be able to find me that my profile exists. (waste of money which was taken for the highlighter as well).

2.What is the use of highlighter when in the last 7-8 days, no singler view was done from the stranger profile.

3.everytime it is asking me to verify my profile, even though it is verified already. There are a lot of glitches in the application and as a technical person I can feel that.

4.Worst service received by agents whom i contacted.

5.I don't know what Gothram is, and I have never filled that, even though it is taking it by default and giving me some [censored]s. i want to remove it (again technical glitch)

I would like to quote that, this is one of the worst services i have received after paying some huge amount, and still you are calling me to upgrade to prime with all these worst services. How can you people expect me to upgrade with all these discrepancies?

I need a solution to all these within the next 2 days or else refund my money on time.

The only advantage i can feel being paid member is that, i can view the numbers of profile (that too limited only)

Counter applications are far better than yours.

I hope you take this situation seriously and mark it to contact me only if you have a solution.

    I was teken a loan from bhart pay but i hav the medical issue with my 6 months childe but i was told the exactive do not my relative but recovry man calling the callers number is [protected] he is calling continues to my relative pls help me to solve my issue i m getting late for loan repayment but i will pay and clear the loan amount but help me to stop the call of harresment

      Hai, we are searching for a groom. We chose the manager service plan but we are not satisfied with it. I tried calling you but your just denying the calls I don't know why, I need you to call me to this number

        Guaranteed response policy - not providing the refund

        I registered the profile with Bharat matrimony with the high hope of getting response. I have used their service for 30 days but neither I have received any response from the member neither anyone accepted my message request. So I asked cx care for refunding my money. But now they're denying it. Even though they have mentioned this policy.

        We have registered in BharatMatrimonial with bride’s profile and we are searching for more than an year. On our recent renewal Matrimonial staff continuously called and disturbed us to pay and renewed the plan. Once we renewed, from second week, all the request given to our profiles are declined automatically. We registered complaints, called those staff members who forced is to
        Renew. But no one responded. So far, more than 500 profiles have been declined from our side automatically. We have paid around 9000 rs plan. But no one cared to get our issue. We are not able to search a groom and no helping hands. BharatMatrimony is entirely money minded and no IT support for these issues

        I’m finding this issue and not able to resolve. BharatMatrimonial is not helping in any way and no one is contacting us back to resolve this . Already 3 months is over since we renewed the plan. Our money is waste for three months. My family is using this app for all groom and bride profile since last 8 years. But worst customer care and totally money minded

          Bharat matrimony people are doing business in the name of photo settings privacy...they are showing photos of female registered members to all paidmembers .. unwanted members harrasers frauds...kindly take action and make an option available to all free registered members to hide their photos in privacy settings...so many verified members are taking screenshot from desktopsites and mis using it . Please for the safety of female profiles allow them to hide their photos uploaded on matrimony...thank you🙏

          I have deleted my profile after receiving messages from unwanted paid members who are even started texting on Facebook platform also .. i request you to allow all registered members on your website to hide their photos according to their choice in photo privacy settings... the 2nd option where the settings allow photos visible to all paid members isnot safe for female registered members .. kindly update the photo privacy settings...

            Not able to delete my profile

            Good day,

            Please note that i have been trying to delete my profile for a couple of days now. I can't access my profile myself. I have already send a couple of emails to [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. But still no action has been taken. henceforth i request you to delete my account with immediate effect. Profile id :P2221534. I no longer need my profile.

            Kindly also find the screenshot of the mail send to Bharat...

              Recently I took membership in matrimony post which I don't get relevant matches or views and till now not able to utilize any phone no and this is worst experience I had and would not recommend to any one

                Bought a Prime combo package - Account still not upgraded

                Hello team,

                It's extremely frustrating to bring it to your notice that I bought a prime combo pack - 3months on April 10th from Bharat matrimony.. Prime combo offers both community matrimony + Bharat matrimony...I have attached the bill screen shot.. Now Bharat matrimony ID (k1887537) is upgraded to premium but community/vokkaliga matrimony (VOK183744) is still not upgraded... I have called Bharat matrimony customer care...

                Hi, I am a 4times paid member in Bharat matrimony, but still bharat matrimony is deleting my profile photos every time I added after my membership expired. I called their support team two times, they asked me to send my profile picture over whatsapp and I did but still my profile photos are not visible. They are handling personal ID manually they are not showing good candidates and they are cheating, I asked Modi Govt to verify such types of fraud happening in India. Government should charge money on monthly basis then only Bharat matrimony will realize and rectify themselves.

                  Without being clear about difference of their Prime and Regular accounts, I took a 6 months Regular Gold account on 1 April 2022. After realizing, I requested on 4th April to get a shift to 6 months Prime Gold account, by paying the difference on discounted rate seen on my account at the website. But the call centre has informed me that I can only migrate...

                  This is the mother of with Bharat matrimony account holder ID E6241724.

                  Without being clear about difference of Prime and Regular accounts, I took a 6 months Regular Gold account on 1 April 2022. After realizing, I requested on 4th April to get a shift to 6 months Prime Gold account, by paying the difference on discounted rate seen on my account at the website. But the call centre has informed me that I can only migrate from Regular to Prime by paying the difference amount on their full rate. This is unfair, unethical, policy.

                  My account displays a charge of Rs.9200 (with discount) + 18% GST = 10856, for 6 month Prime Gold. I have paid already Rs. 6732 (with GST) for a regular account. So in principle I should be able to pay the difference of[protected] to migrate to Prime Gold account.

                  Another option is, they can cancel my Regular account and refund the amount to the credit card used for payment, and I can take the Prime Gold Account freshly.

                  I have NOT UTILIZED any benefit of the Regular account yet. I therefore request to give one of the above options.

                  Bharat Matrimony is running $18 MILLION BUSINESS AND IT IS UNFAIR TO BE UNETHICAL AND HAVE SHIFTING PRINCIPLES TO THE CUSTOMERS

                    I'm Kusuma (Profile ID K3009487) a paid member of Bharat Matrimony,
                    registering a Complaint against Bharat matrimony which failed to take action against fraud profile ID K3100494 to delete and issue an alert to all contacts.
                    I received a request from the profile IDK3100494 and accepted it. He agreed to meet in person but not turned up by giving reasons and kept on postponing the meeting. After some days started asking for money saying that he is in huge trouble and all. I came to his words and sent some money. Once he received the money, again and again started asking for money and I discussed this with your representatives who used to call regularly and asked for the renewal of the profile. Later I realized this was a fraud and I was swindled.

                    Meanwhile I searched for the person whose photo and name was used for creating the fraud profile ID K3100494,
                    I found the real person Mr. Mohan Marathe who is working abroad sailing in the oceans. I spoke to him and with his family members and got confirmation that he has not registered with Bharat Matrimony site.

                    Hence we both request you to priorities this issue, take strict and necessary action against the fraud ID K3100494 and immediately provide us with a proof of action taken against this ID K3100494.

                    Mr.Mohan Marathe has also issued a complaint letter to Bharath Matrimony to delete and issue an alert to all contacts. He is now travelling on the ship on his duties. He submitted the following details to Bharat matrimony.
                    1. Block request letter along with
                    2. CDC
                    3. Immigration letter

                    We, Self and Mr. Mohan Marathe both affected by the fraudster, sent a complaint mail to Bharat Matrimony saying we would like to take this to the cyber police crime cell.

                    Bharat Matrimony is complicit

                    1. For aiding the said imposter.
                    This is following their lethargic response for the said complaint for which more than 10 days have elapsed.
                    I submitted the compliant much earlier. Ref BM 26252668 on the 16th Mar with all authentic proof.
                    Since they have not quizzed us into asking for more, I think you are satisfied with the same.
                    2. The profile has not been taken off yet.
                    3.Bharat Matrimony has not enquired the Indian number ( +91 [protected]) of the said fraudster where is it registered and who owns this SIM on the mobile.

                    The profile being active suggests that they have been in league with the said fraudster.
                    I, kusuma have been receiving calls by your sales people to extend the validity of my advert with you inspire of not attending to my compliant.

                    All these above show that Bharat Matrimony is interested to only make money by creating a platform and nothing happens even if a compliant is registered.

                    We insisted Bharat Matrimony to investigate on the following matters

                    1. To let us know, how this profile was uploaded on their site.

                    2.Any specific IP addresses or any such details to help find the source of the said fraudster. This need to be indicated in our compliant with the police.

                    3.The Indian contact number of the said fraudster linked to the account.
                    they seem to have not verified the same yet.

                    This is a serious breach of trust. We believed Bharat Matrimony site is safe and registered on that

                    We have given the maximum clues to show that the fraud has genuinely happened but your actions is without a reaction.

                    Bharat Matrimony has said that you will resort back with and answer within 24 hours with a caveat (Delay may be there because of Covid 19)
                    More than 10 days delay in inexplicable.

                    We requested them to take immediate action to delete this fraud account IDK3100494 and issue an alert to all contacts in the said fraud's list with Bharat Matrimony.

                    So for we have not heard any answers from the BHARAT MATRIMONY, we would like to file a complaint against this site for the betterment of the customers who registered for seeking alliances. It is a kind of mental and emotional harassment to the clints.
                    Bharat Matrimony is claiming themselves as a trusted site but not properly investigating the profiles registered with them.

                    For me it is an emotional breach and for Mohan Marathe a question of reputation as he is a respected citizen.

                    We request you to take necessary action against Bharat matrimony to take immediate action against the fraudulent IDs.

                      I paid rs. 15748/- on 3 march 22. I was advised by Bharatmatrimony RM to pay rs. 15749/- again. The amount of rs. 15748/- paid earlier will be refunded i 3, 4 working days. But not refunded till date. Repeated requests were made.

                          Eventhough I paid for the assisted service offer by the BharatMatrimoy, the manager appointed for me was remain unresponsed for many consecutive days. I even escalated this to the reporting manger through mail and asked the system logs of the activities they have done on my profile to ensure that they worked upon my profile. Even after many follow ups, I still not got any response to my mail.
                          I expect refund for the assisted service that I paid for.

                            Staff from bharat matrimony keeps on calling. If i want to upgrade the account i will do according to my choice. Earlier when i took the plan and asked for help then the staff (Rubi) talked rudely with me because i did not took the plan according to her. Now my plan.has expired so she keeps calling. I want these calls to stop.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              I had created a premium account with Bharat Matrimony and took a plan for three months. When the tenure was about to finish their executives called me and asked if I wished to continue my membership. In every such call i had clearly said that I did not wish to continue the service. However, as the date approached my service got reactivated and the amount was auto debited from my credit card. Now, I am unable to find a customer care number on their app to whom I can complain.

                              This I find as a sheer fraud and don't expect a reputed company like Bharat Matrimony stooping to such low levels. In short I wish to get my money refunded as soon as possible.

                              I finally found the number of the customer care executive who said that money would be refunded if I didn't use any premium service. Thankfully I hadn't used any of the premium service after renewal so she assured me that the money will be refunded within seven days.
