I had turned off email notifications but inspite of this I get a tons of emails from Bharat Matrimony and different matrimony services

    Hi,
    My name is Vimal Kumar, and my matrimony ID is E6182946. Three days back, I had activated premium membership for prime gold for 3 months, which costed me around Rs.5500. After upgrade, the profile started functioning very strange. I cannot see profile pictures of other profiles, I cannot see profiles of regular members. I can see only prime members. Later, I used the search option and filtered using "with photo" keyword. Then, the search results shows only 110 profiles. Later, I tried with different partner preferences, but still the search results are same. Only 110 profiles I could see. Rest are all profiles with no photos.
    Before upgrading to premium, I could see 1000+ profiles. I informed the same issue to customer support, but they were giving me very casual excuses for that. They don't have proper answer for the issue. It's 3rd day, and the profile is still facing the issue. Either they should fix the problem or should refund my money back.

      I am one thousand percent sure that the company is posting fake profiles THEMSELVES for unpaid members to lure into renewing a membership.
      Here is how it works and has happened with me TWICE. -
      I am a paid member of app and have been renewing my membership since over 7 years in a "hope". Whenever I delayed the renewal, in the first place I would receive over 20 calls from their customer care to renew even after categorically and strictly asking them to
      not call as I am not interested, app presented attractive fake profiles in search and mutual matches. The first time, I had sent interest to 5 to 6 profiles. And within few minutes to my surprise my 4 interests were accepted. You have to pay money and buy a membership plan to contact these members. Hence, excitingly, I paid approx. Rs. 4000 and renewed my membership. And guess what, all of the 4 profiles firstly did not respond and after that "disappeared" (profile does not exist) systematically in a matter of few days. This exact same thing happened to me this time when I sent interest to 3 of the mutual matches and 2 of them accepted my interest, one within minutes and other the next morning. You can easily see the PATTERN. BUT this time I did not fall victim of their trap. I have not renewed the membership.
      COMPANY IS CHEATING AND IS ENGANED IN MALPRACTICE TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. This is a crime and warrants criminal actions.

        I paid for a GOLD combo pack in Bharathmatri and BRAHMINMATRI on 24/12/21. However, only the former is active and Brahminmatri is showing me as a FREE MEMBER.

        I have raised the issue on emails to their help desk and have been calling customer care every single day. Complaint no. 25847103 has been registered in this regard on 27/12 but the matter has still not been resolved.

        No responsible person is available to talk to about this problem other than the call center person who is not able to help much other than asking me to wait for 24 more hours each time.

        I request for resolution of this matter ASAP through this forum. Thank you.

            Hello folks, important advice for everyone. Are you seriously looking for a bride ?, If you have the idea that you going to use this app? then forget about it and do not waste your money and time on this. Because they are liars and deceivers. I have been using this app for over a month with paid membership. But I only got disappointed with this.

            My experience with this.

            I've clearly mentioned my preference matches but I got mostly wrong recommendations.

            I did not even get more than 10 phone numbers in the subscription plan - the reason is that most of the profile contacts are protected and there is no point in messaging them via the app.

            Also, I checked in on the community app but not available on more profiles.

            Their only goal is to make money and not to provide the best service. So, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

                  Relationship Manager is not responding and she is not providing any feedback one month completed till she is not able to provide any valid profiles
                  I had made a payment of 16000 rs
                  After collection money they are not responding
                  This is a clear way of cheating.
                  Really I tried to contact all the team from last two weeks but no reply
                  Plse help...

                    I have paid for the Gold membership. But the account didn't get activated they said the payment was done to another matrimony ID which was blocked by Matrimony people. Since Dec 10 I have been contacting Customer Care professionals to resolve the issue. I have not been guided properly saying that payment is a separate team. I got in touch with Payment team they have asked me to raise a ticket . I have raised the ticket on Ticket No: BM25779990, again I have been mislead by customer care people saying that my request is in process and they will contact me in 24 hrs . I have also requested them either unblock the deactivated account or transfer my membership benefits to the ID which I have done payment, Its almost 120 hrs nobody has addressed my issue.
                    Throughout this process I was in touch with Ramya, Priya & Noble from Bharat Matrimony. Please don't try to fool & mislead customers for your business sake. Its totally waste of time.
                    Either resolve my issue or refund the money. Also I have attached the transaction details for your reference

I have not deleted my profile and now I can not access my profile. This is very un professional to delete one's profile without any prior notification or anything.

                          After I have informed that I do not to continue with paid services to Bharat Matrimony, I have been witnessing some unethical activity.
                          Whatever I try to mention simetthing on my profile, it is being edited from the back.-end.
                          I wanted to mention on my profile that my account will be a free account going forward and that interested suitors can contact us over phone or WhatsApp. The Bharat Matrimony team in Kolkata which is overseeing my account is doing it. Someone called MEGHA DAS who keeps calling me to renew my paid membership is doing this.
                          My BM id is B1018439. Meghan Das who is orchestrating this needs to be pulled up for this

                            I really don't understand why this happening in this Christian matrimony site. I received almost 5 fake profiles as doctors who are living in states. May I know why this site not even bothered to check the profiles are real or fake. We trust on these sites so that we can find our better half. But am regretting as of now.                               Sub: Request for refund of recharge amount due to inferior service by assisted service personnel of Bharat Matrimony reg.

                              This is to inform you about my disappointment in the assisted service of Bharat Matrimony. ID E5805569 Midhun M has been registered on assisted service renewed as on 31.08.2021.
                              I have received little support or service from the contact personnel after renewing the account. The customer service person is scarcely picking up phone or responding to my queries through watsapp. On 08.11.2021 I have registered a complaint regarding the unfavourable service and was informed that I will get a call from the Assisted Service Office Head. But I am yet to get a such a call of grievance redressal till date.
                              However, the very next day of my registering a complaint, I got several responses of the profiles by the assisted service personnel in a haphazard way. Later on the service stopped and the situation went back to the same. Now, the service personnel is not even attending my family's calls.
                              Hence I intend to discontinue the assisted service and request you to refund the amount paid against recharge.

                                Bharat Matrimony is indeed cheating as I receive a reply to my complaint on 24th Oct 21which I think a formality the no one is serious.

                                You state in your reply Resolving is your top priority and yet no one has bothered to contact me until today when my prime upgradation for both Saraswat & Brahmin expired.
                                So have you resolved it or not, .

                                I have not been able to use your service even after upgradation as only Bharat Matrimony show the numbers as protected and what is use o[censored]pgrading then?
                                Your representatives Shilpa and others say unless the other person also upgrades I can not communicate which is unbelievable .
                                I sent only 18 requests after upgradation and all 18 have been shown by you as protected numbers. Why is Jeevansathi, Sangam and Shaadi.com, such malpractices are not there as I upgraded and messaged few persons from Jeevansathi and Shaadi & all responded.

                                Do you think that after collecting our hard earned money and giving no any service whatsoever you are not held accountable.
                                Every time some juniors call and I asked them to connect me with Bharat Matrimony manager they simply disconnect the call.
                                Shilpa never ever called once money got transferred. I want full refund or continuation for three months more free of cost as I am unable to use any contacts and 18 persons I sent messages were shown protected.
                                Two of the protected numbers I found on Jeevan sathi without any number showing protected which shows your site
                                I will have to take this matter to all your prospective customers on national and international channel.

                                I used to receive several calls and Shilpa promised me that if I go for combo package upgrading I will be given extra profiles which are not visible otherwise.
                                I upgraded to Combo Gold for both Saraswat & Brahmin matrimony believing the promises offered.

                                The moment I transferred money I stopped receiving any single call and I have to repeatedly send messages to customer care representative Shilpa who seemed least interested in attending me. She used to give casual replies that she will send promised profiles next day or after two days but just promises and no any service whatsoever.

                                All I have been seeing was the same profiles being made available that are available to those who have not upgraded except access to phone numbers.

                                So why is Bharat Matrimony getting its customer representatives repeatedly call us offering completely false promises of providing extra profiles and then distance themselves once money is received.

                                Shilpa stopped calling altogether, however others started calling asking me to upgrade to Konkan brides again promising extra profiles. When I told I am already cheated after going for prime gold combo for Brahmin and Saraswat they simply disconnected the phone.

                                Bharat matrimony only advertises being No 1 and I visited its office too at Andheri when Manager clearly told no extra profiles are provided after upgrading when I personally asked.

                                Why then customer care persons like Shilpa repeatedly call its customers offering false promises just to make money.

                                I then tried other service providers like Konkanishaadi and Jeevansathi and Sangam and I found many good profiles and that to getting added every single day .

                                I will never ever upgrade with Bharat Matrimony again after completion of this period of contract in a couple of months from now and let everyone know what's going on here as part of business rather than service to those putting trust in Bharat Matrimony.

                                  I am a paid member of Bharat matrimony, I have a valid account. From my account I have taken 10 brides and spoken to them, but all of them reported to me that their marriage is fixed. I reported the issue to Bharath matrimony helpdesk and they're not resolving my issue. I'm being harrassed daily when I call customer care. While making payment for service they told they will provide excellent customer service than any other matrimony. But they're using brand name and cheating customers, they're using MS Dhoni and advertising in TV/ social media and creating good impression to people . But in reality they're not fixing customer problems

                                    It's been 1 month since I have paid the premium membership amount of Rs. 6844/- but still my Bharat Matrimony profile still hasn't been updated despite my multiple complaints. So far I have been given 3 different ticket no.

                                    3.BM14064634 . The executives there keep on telling that you will be contacted in next 24 hrs but they haven't responded or resolved the issue. I am fed up of calling the customer care and listening to their excuses. So I request you to refund my money if you are not going to update the profile. Please stop harassing me mentally and emotionally.

                                      The last quarter, my renewal was automatically processed and my credit card debited. I may have not chosen to pursue a refund at that point, but I was very displeased with your approach as an organization and do not wish to deal with you any longer; what you did amounted to cheating, since I had not given any automatic renewal instructions. Even so, I do not wish to renew my profile this time. Pls do no debit my credit card automatically without my explicit consent.

                                        I paid as premium membership for an ammount of 6000/- but still I don't see any option to reach people or send message . Said as part of prime membership. This is how we are cheated
