I have asked them to provide quotation for transporting the goods inside the Pune city. The representative on call said that 2 person will come and see your items and will give the quotation. But they did not tell me that we will have to pay token money of rs 500/-. They visited our place they gave the quotation and then asked for token money, I said, I wil give this token money when delivery date confirmed. But they did not listen and took 500rs and said it is refundable. So I gave that thinking it is refundable. When I called them that our shifting is cancelled so give me refund of 500/-. They refunded me only 275 rs saying that it there is deduction if customer cancel the shifting. They will not tell you anything about token money or refund policy beforehand. They are doing fraud. Thanks to God I wouldn't have to avail their services.

I want my full amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
