I have my business account for which i have purchased swipe machine, in which client raised some fund dispute as it was deducted twice from his side. We have received confirmation from client in 15 days that that is cleared but that has blocked amount in my swipe machine associated account and my 19000/- is blocked against same for which i have several times raised complain but it is still not yet cleared. And they are committing to clear it till 3rd April 2023.
I am absolutely not clear why they need so many days when client bank has already cleared the concern on 14th Jan. 2023 then for what reason Bharat Pe company has to hold my money and that too for such a long time? Was this information helpful? |
