Hi i have given complain on 6th may 2023 they have blocked my payment by saying suspicious activity till today no calls received from them. Only received sms by saying plz submit proof what documents nothing written on it. Call centre is worst they dont have any solution or information to give they just keep saying sorry our team cordinate with u its more then seven days and we are struck very badly in it. This wrongly done by bharat pe they are just using our hard earn money and blocking settlements and giving no information what happeneing

I'm a bhatat pe customer holds account and my account blocked due to No transactions since 30 days.Because I have closed my bussiness and settilng amounts.In the mean time I have not withdraw the amount from the bharatpe investment account and they blocked the amount.

Since April 01 st issue is pending contacted several times customer care, chat with agents, they are raising new ticket every time keep on extending it.Several...

Bharatpe has blocked my account withdrawal settlement, aadhar card, Pan card I have sent to bharatpe customer social support but my account withdrawal is not unblocked or unhold. My problem is not resolved but bharatpe sent me an email that my issue is resolved. After calling to bharatpe customer support they give date after date. Please unblock my withdrawal settlement. My family members and me receiving calls from bharat pe.regarding my loan which is taken from bharat pe. It is very embarrassing to me.
I told them that I'll pay my EDI, but even after that my relatives receiving calls continuously and they are talking rudely on calls.

Dear sir
I applied for a loan on 13th Feb and according to your process it should take 10 days but it doesn't happen, I raised my issue on your call centre and they provided 10 days to me and that limit was on 4th of March but still no resolution provided to me . Please help me out

I have my business account for which i have purchased swipe machine, in which client raised some fund dispute as it was deducted twice from his side. We have received confirmation from client in 15 days that that is cleared but that has blocked amount in my swipe machine associated account and my 19000/- is blocked against same for which i have several times raised complain but it is still not yet cleared. And they are committing to clear it till 3rd April 2023.
I am absolutely not clear why they need so many days when client bank has already cleared the concern on 14th Jan. 2023 then for what reason Bharat Pe company has to hold my money and that too for such a long time?

INR 740.00 has been debited from my Axis bank account no. [protected] on[protected], TIME 21:12:54 at PUR/ANNANDAMOYEEENTERPRISE/[protected]/[protected]

BUT this amount(INR 740.00) was not credited till date to ANNANDAMOYEE ENTERPRISE account.
I have already contacted Bharat pe customercare but my money not return yet.

Bharat pe has blocked my settlement for the last 30days with 35000 into their account. Aftr providing all document still issue not resolved. Harrasment .please help

Illegally charges taken from refundable deposit of edc machine

My frnd recently opened account in Bharat pe. He wants to deactivate the account now. But the company told that there is no option to close the account.I don't know why . It's my rights to close or continue any account .

I withdrew my amount of 120000 on 2 July.
But the amount was not credited in the account . bharat pe customer care executive first time said your amount was credit before 10 July. And second time said 13 July .and third time said 16 July . What is this behaviour . they guys rounding my money .120000 is not a small amount for a small businessman but they guys not understanding...

Sir I order something from Flipkart due to some reasons order cancelled and refund claimed to credit card after few minutes, it's usually takes one week to reflect the amount in credit card.
Now the problem is Flipkart refund the amount to bhartpe credit card, and bharat pe have not any information about this refund. They called me for pay the amount which I have used for making payment of order, i have all the proofs from flipkart where refund will sussesfully reflected to credit card, i also send all these proofs to bharat pe but no one have any answer..plz help me i am mentally harrased.
Now bharat pe did not clear my bill nd ask me to clear bill why i pay for the bill if payment is already refunded i share all the proof with bharat pe, but they don't provide me any resolution..plz help me...it's a humble request..

I had taken loan from bharat pe for my small business start up adn after investing their i suffered loss in business while start up i close that business and right i m searching for jib as i lose my money which i had invested please help the bharat pe collection agents i calling my friends and relatives, they got the access of my contact list how it is possible they got access of my contacts. they are harrassing my friends and relatives.

I'm take a loan from Bharat pe. I'll pay on time 3-4 months but after that I l'm hospitalised. Recovery agent call me and said about loan payment. I told her that I'm hospitalised and my shop was closed for some time. After that I'm sick seriously. Now I'm not do any job. My home to my shop distance is around 50km. If I'm sick who care me there so I'm releave my shop. But recovery agent continuously calling my contact list. I didn't know how he get my all contact list. Now I'm said him to I'll pay because I'm get a job in a company. Now he/she used abused langauge. He call to my contact list and also used abusive language with all my family members and relatives & friends. They harrassing me a lot. I'm not able to get out from home. Because he treated me like a criminal. Now I'm hospitalised again because of these persons. He blank my whole mind. When I'm attending her calls he used som much abusive language like ' ghar se utha lenge, maa-behan ki gali, etc. And same thing he told to my all contact list. My friends and relatives have her recordings and numbers. I want some time but they said pay now whole payment. Please help me. I'm in trouble because they call everywhere. Now I'm not going out of home because every saw me like a fraud person.

I am a woman doing a small scale business in Bangalore. I have a bharat pe merchant scanner, for the same I get payments at my store. I transferred 25000 rupees from Bharat Pe merchant account into my account on 22 December 2021, on Bharat pe it showed successful and money never came into my account. Then I contacted customer care and they lodged a complaint (complaint number, 6158789), I submitted my account statement as proof that money...

Today 26dec, 2021 Bharat pe merchant app is not working it contains money. It is asking for sign in again but not logging in.

I made a payment of rs 1400 to bharat pe on 05 dec 2021 to vinayak betteries, rau through my phone pe account linked with icici
my statement show it was debited . but vinayak betteries refused and i was checked with his phone, their account not shown it .

Unable to transfer amount from investment account to bank account

This is to update you that I am Manish Verma (RV Fashion Indore) & my registered number is ([protected]) alt no is [protected], I have done a paytm wallet transaction on 18 Oct 2021 and amount was 7140.54 ₹, my Money has been debited but it was not credited paytm Wallet ! Kindly check and do the need ful !
