Bharat Pe — Payment not received initiate refund

I made a payment of rs 1400 to bharat pe on 05 dec 2021 to vinayak betteries, rau through my phone pe account linked with icici
my statement show it was debited . but vinayak betteries refused and i was checked with his phone, their account not shown it .
Kindly request to pls send back my amount 1400 rs with my Account .
