Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — 71595580 not generating

I have applied new connections under caption subjected request id. Under this id everything is cleared but while making online payment it shows session expired after that multiple time tried for repayment but massage showing already payment pending.

Now making fresh payment otp is not generating it is showing maximum limit crossed. Please help required gas connection asap.
