Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — aadhar card not updated in npci as per bpcl

Sir, i have update my aadhar card in bank account and lpd consumer id also registered with bank account. But i have not receive my lpg subsidy in my account.
When i register a complaint regarding subsidy in bpcl, they ask me that my aadhar number not registered with npci.
But i have updated my aadhar card number and lpg consumer id in my bank account.
