Hi,
I applied for new lpg connection from bpcl nearest agency named (Ravi gas agency).
I applied it on 4th oct, 2017
I made the online payment on 6th oct, 2017
My request id is 43311220

Bpcl transaction reference number: 2334787
While making the online payment i payed extra 50 rs charges to get my connection delivered on prefered date which was 9th oct, 2017.
But my connection has not got delivered yet.
I have raised multiple requests/complaints to the customer care team but everytime they just create a new request or set a reminder on existing one but they dont resolve any of the complaints.
I even made multiple visits to the distributor. I submitted the hard copy of the documents as well to avoid any cofusion related to required documents.
But distributor says they cant do anything for me.
Customer care says they can jaust raise a complaint.
In any case my query is not getting resolved and my connection is getting delayed
Please help if possible.
