Hi,
I have taken new gas connection with single cylinder on 07-Aug-2017 and by that time I did not have hot plate (gas stove) with me. I informed them same and they said no problem sir, once u get hot plate we will send our boy to inspect and install. I got hot plate on 09-Aug-2017 and I have informed them on phone about same and requested to send boy for installation and inspection as they have charged 300rs for that while giving connection. They were not sending their person and replying rudely as well and carelessly saying if you want to complain also you can do, like that they were talking. I think this confidence is because of BPCL only. If they are strong on distributors, they will work properly. I want to file a complaint on both gas agency and BPCL. Both are culprits here. What would be the situation if anything happens without inspection If I use hot plate and it has leaks and any explosion happens. Is this the safety gas agency and BPCL assuring for the public?
