This is to report black marketing of gas cylinder is happening.
i booked cylinder on 5th September which is delivered to me on 10th September.but when i get subsidy 2 times then i check there is 2 deliveries are showing one on 9th and one on 10th.
i took one cylinder on 10th September.
so i think one cylinder is sold out on 9th which is officially mine.
but they sold it and delivered to me on 10th September.
so as a good citizen of india i do not want to get wrong money and subsidy.

I did online payment for the refill through Bharat mobile gas app, the amount is deducted from my account but refill order status is showing pending and Payment Status is failure.
please resolve the issues
