[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — booked cylinder shows delivered but we did not receive the cylinder at our address | |
This was regarding malpractices being adopted by bharat petroleum distiributor banani gas with consumer number 5160. As per complaint raised against bharatgas with reference id 4880482 and 4869209. We raised the complaint twice. I am senior citizen and been troubled by your distributor. We are going to your distributor agency every day and we called customer care three time already and raised two complaints already. We are receiving an email that complaint is resolved and gas has been delivered to our address on 12-oct-2019. We were physically present in address and it seems the gas delivery person never came to our residence. Now it is a harassment on us and we are being lacking shortage of gas as both of our cylinder are almost empty. This is damage the reputation and trust on your reputed brand. Oct 15, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved We visited the banani distributor outlet and finally got the mobile number of deliveryman. Called him and asked for cylinder delivery and after lot of phone call, we got the cylinder delivered on 15-Oct-2019. The gas was booked on 11-Sep-2019. Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
