Please note that my name in your records is written as Sen Jawahar. My surname is coming first instead of my first name. This is causing problems in my legal documentation like Aadhar and Banks.

The correct format of my name is : Jawahar Sen

Jawahar (given/first name); Sen (surname)

Kindly let me know the process by which this can be rectified and my connection be known as Jawahar Sen instead of Sen Jawahar.
