Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — complaining about the non supply of the gas cylinder.

That the agency does not supply the gas cylinder even after a booking of one month.
In every booking either they are cancelled the cylinder or supply the same after one month from the date of booking,
I contacted number of times with the agency officials in respect of the above complaint but they never take any heeds towards my complaint.
That the delay in making supply causes huge problems as lpg is basic necessities,
Kindly take action against my concern.
