I had raised complaint on 15th jan 2020 against bpcl fuel station, where they had wrongly filled petrol in my diesel vehicle.
Owner a mohidin mobile no [protected].
I had got a call from bpcl representative mr joji on 21st jan 2020 who had assured me for the resolution but has still not reverted but even after my followup they have not able to get back to me.

Complaint against the mohidin auto care for refilling wrong fuel
I, sandesh halarnkar, had gone to refill diesel in my car at around 4.45pm today at mohidin auto care on nh 66 opposite muktar automobile (Mahindra dealership).
My vehicle is diesel (Ertiga zdi+) and the person on duty (Pravin nikam) started putting petrol in the diesel vehicle, even after trying to bring his notice that he is putting wrong fuel in the vehicle he ignored and when i came out of the vehicle and shouted at him then he stopped, by then he had already filled 3.8 ltrs of petrol in my vehicle creating problem to me.
Then it took them more than 1 and half to bring the mechanic and attend my car, the work was completed at around 8.15pm. Due to your dealers silly mistake my important business works were held up and i had to suffer financial loss for the same.in this time i had to go through physical and mental torture.
There was around 12 litres of fuel in my vehicle already which they filled. I requested them to make the tank full at their cost so that if any petrol in there in the engine (Engine was on while refilling) it should not have reverse implication on the engine.
They refused and also insulted by making personal comments on me, the staff were very rude with me. I tried to reach to the owner on [protected] but he refused to accept my calls and rejected them. I waited till 20.45pm assuming the my grievances will be heard. But they were rude and full of attitude.
I look forward from you to take action against the owner and the persons responsible for it and compensate me. This is not an ordinarlly mistake. I cars life was on stake. Can anyone give me garantee that engine of the car my not have any problems.
If you fail to do so in 2 days time you will force me to take legal action against you and the owner of the petrol pump. I have sufficint proof in form of letter, photos and videos.

Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] Complaint Status Update [ID: 2566207

BPCL has failed to resolve the issue. I am taking legal action against them as they have harassed me enough.
I have wrongly booked the cylinder today[protected]. Please cancel my booking. My consumer number is 87804998 and my booking reference number is 105476. Please cancel it because I have received cash memo generated message also.
