Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — dealer is not delivering the refill after booking 2 times

My name is anishkuamr g s and i have booked to refill my bp gas cylinder couple of times (Recent refill number is 5287) in last 30 days. I haven't received the cylinder yet and there is no response from the dealer (Poorna gas agency, udiyankulangara, neyyattinkara, trivandrum, kerala). This is the second time dealer is doing the same to me and this is not acceptable. I am running out of gas now and this will force me to switch the provider.
