Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — delayed delivery of cylinder

Sir, my self dileep pawar, ujjain, m. P. And my cons no is 51313921, mob no [protected], sir my lpg distributor m/s mahakaleshwar bharat gas service, maksi road ujjain and i book a cylinder on 6th dec 2017 and booking no was 23695, but till date he had not delivered the cylinder, though i met him personally on 8th and 9th dec 2017, but he didnt do any thing, and same was happened in past also for which a complaint was submitted to you. Here is my request pl do the needful at earliest.
