Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — didn't get subsidy

I am avadhesh gupta as a consumer of bharat gas from the chhattisgarh state and dis. Kabirdham. The problem is that, the subsidy is not transfer on my account last 6 months and also there is the customer care says not register my mo. No. I checked from the gas agency there is all information submitted.. But problem is not solved..
