Aurora The last refill was delivered to us at home was around 14/01/2020 where the delivery person was demanding amount above the amount mentioned on the receipt and he claimed that the rate had changed after the receipt was printed. We asked him to get a revised receipt was we would pay only the amount mentioned on the receipt on which he did not agree. Although he delivered the refill but mentioned that his distributor would not service us in the future. The same happen when we booked another refill via IVR on 29/02/2020 and that wasn't delivered till date. Today we send someone to pick up the refill directly from the distributor, where again the we were informed that home delivery will not be done to us due to the previous payment issue. I don't thing we demanded something unusual, as we cannot pay a price higher than that mentioned on the receipt. Moreover, due to technical issue or manipulation done by distributor, that I can book my refill through the registered mobile number- [protected] but when I am using the same number for website login/app login or complain on ebiz.bpc.co.in, it is not accepting this number. Please help us on this issue or else allow us to change our distributor. Was this information helpful? | |
