Myself Dr MohitPrakash, me and my mother went to sidharth filling station on 7.06.2022 at 8:25pm. I asked for Rs 300 petrol for my Activa (UP 65 CR 3161). Cashier gave me Rs 300 petrol. Then, i used my Bhim app for the required transaction but the cashier demanded that i do the transaction again. At the exact time, my mother came to me and informed me that the bathroom is locked. Then, some other person who was not in any uniform came and apologized. The cashier again demanded that i repeat the transaction, which i immediately did again. Therefore, i request the appropriate authority to refund the same amount as I am a loyal customer of BPCL for 10 years.
