[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Extra 20 rupees charge for delivery of Cylinder to my home

I have booked a domestic Bharat Gas cylinder 8th July 2022 through Amazon Pay online . But on 9th July my distributor is saying that you have to pay extra 20 rupees for delivery charge otherwise he is not able to deliver my gas cylinder. He was repeatedly saying with rude behaviour that gas will not be provided if you do not pay extra delivery charge.

They provide the cylinder 11 July at 10 am again the delivery boy is demanding 10 rupees for delivering the cylinder to my home but I have not paid any money.

Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
