This issue need some extra attention from responsible person of Bharat gas.

My Consumer ID is[protected] name : Sujit Vinay jha
I have booked gas (14.2 kg ) house use on 6.5.2022 by Phone pay which was showing rate 949.50 also same in you BPCL app . But next day i received gas along with extra 50 rs pay receipt which showing totally different invoice as i was previously paying .
I paid extra 50 rs but ask the delivery person and he replied "gas ka rate badh gya. "
I called costumer care on behalf of this and they make my case no. 04433467
I received a call from my gas agency by number [protected]
Where they were arguing that " aap dhyan se dekho rate badh gya h sabke liye badh gya apke liye nahi kya " and person called me mad and hang up. Totally arrogant behavior towards the consumer.
I am attaching some of the receipts for your reference along with payment details.
I need you to be take strict action against this.
