Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Harassed by the delivery person on using BPCL fuel card to pay | |||
Yesterday, I purcased pertrol from one of your pump(Neoti Highway Service) located near Dumdum Airport, Gate 1, opposite to the Masjid. I used your company fuel card (SBI BPCL) to make the payment. The delivery person couldn't use his card machine as it was not working. Instead o[censored]sing another device he made me wait for 10 mins and kept on discussing this with others. When I requested him to use other machine from the counter as I was getting late, he misbehaved and rudely replied that I have to wait and he cannot take payment from other machine. Later another delivery person asked him to use other machine and then the payment went through. I told him that for no reason you made me wait for so long. On that he started abusing me verbally and uttered that I should use cash or debit card instead this BPCL card, then the payment would be easy. I want to know if the customers are harassed for using BPCL card then why you insist us to avail that?? It is your salesperson who adviced me the advantage o[censored]sing this card. I was unexpectedly harassed by your delivery person over the counter and he was in a mood to physically harass me if other people were not there. It makes me feel that going to your pump and using the BPCL card is actually putting myself at risk to be killed by your employed goons in disguise of delivery person. I want you to take strict action against the pump owner and specially against the delivery person to set an example of customer relationship, otherwise if this kind of instances continue then it can take a very ugly shape in future for any customer Was this information helpful? | |||
