Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — I am complaining about the gas cylinder delivery issues with the dealer also subsidy amount is not received in my bank account.

Dear sir,
I am Mandar Suhas Apte. Having my father's (Suhas Waman Apte) bharat gas consumer number[protected]mobile number [protected]) with M/s Soundarya Bharat Gas agency. Recently we have booked gas cylinder on[protected] on cod basis. The agency is not responding properly and giving false commitments regarding delivery of the gas cylinder. We are also facing gas cylinder subsidy amount to our beneficiary bank account from more than one year. We have written a letter from the same (attached herewith).
Request you to look at the issue seriously and do the needful.
