Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — insufficient fuel given to customer

Today i. E 12/3/2018 i filled in petrol worth rs 1000 from bharat petrolium alaknanda new delhi, but the metre reading started from 0.62. They showed me 0.00 & then next was 0.62. Can the electronic meter be so fast. There is some malpractice going on. My receipt no is c1569. If audited properly this can be caught. Depends on the agency if it does a fair audit.

I have attached photo of my bill. Earlier also i had found discrepancy several times but never raised this issue.

Hi Sir,

I am trying get new gas connection but the dealer told me I have to buy a oven by RS 2000 then i can get my connection.
