Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Late delivery of refills cylinder | |||||
My mother is a consumer of bharat gas his consumer no. Is 60534028. Whenever she books for a refill, the distributed didn't deliver the cylinder on time every time it takes more than a week after we received a "cylinder delivered". Every time she reminds distributed that she already received subsidy and cylinder delivered message, then they took a week to bring the cylinder. Please take necessary action, so that she receive the delivery of cylinder on time. The booking reference is118440 dated 06 jan 2017, and message for cylinder delivered on 20 jan. Until today the cylinder is not delivered, we have called distributor 3 times on phone, every time they say that tomorrow they will deliver it. My Cylinder booking no is 163055 dated 20.01.2017 is still not deliverried.
When i contacted agency they are saying that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days.
I want's to know that how many days are required to refil the cylinder & what are the actions for the delayed delivery.
