Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — lost petrocard please issue duplicate petrocard

Hello sir/madam,

I will use my petro card regularly filling petrol in bpcl petrol pumps and that will be always in my bike, unfortunately i have lost my petro card no.[protected], i already paid duplicate card charge fees 50/- on bpcl pumps on 28/11/2018 15:29:09 so please requesting to issue me duplicate card at an early date other wise i will lost my all petro bonus points. Tid no. Sa[protected] batch no.2278
