Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — lpg cylinder not delivered

I booked my lpg cylinder on 14/4/20 and even paid online for my booking.

Today that is on 15/4/20 i received an sms at 8:42 pm stating that my lpg cylinder has been delivered.

But the fact is i have not received it.
Nobody has delivered. Still i received sms saying as delivered.

Can't speak to customer care as well, they have closed timings for complaint.

My booking is through kalavati gas distribution (Virar-west)

Booking no - 2986.
