Respected sir/madam,
Am suma k an customer for bpcl lpg from minimum of 4+ years.
Currently residing in hunasanalli, bangarapet taluk, kolar district, pin-563114
On dated 16th jan 2019 at 09.51 i have booked a cylinder through ebharath gas android application, when i tried to make payment through upi, its failed but i went directly at store asked for gas cylinder delivery, they refused due to payment was not done so can't issue cylinder.
Around 11 o a. M clock i tried to contact customer care of bpcl and i got the fresh link for payment option, i paid amount of 691.82 rs at 11.12 a. M and i got a confirmation message as amount is paid.
Again i went to distributor store and asked for cylinder but their system is not shown the updated status of bill or payment paid. So because of this they once again refused to issue the cylinder.
Around time of 13.45 pm again went at the distributor store and asked for cylinder now they said no stocks come tomorrow.
So i need a compensation for
1. Traveling 3 complete trips to their distribution store and home, since which costs me ₹240 in minimum auto price.
2. Waited for more than 4 hours to reflect my payment status updation. This is an bpcl software issue, because of this i argument had with distributor. Compensation cost ₹800
3. No home delivery of gas cylinder eventhough the village residence around 1.5-2km of the city. Compensation cost ₹50
So overal the above inconvenience was happened to me was because of the negligence and improper handling of the respective customer by bpcl.
I need justice and compensation
