Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Miss behaviour and Responsibility to deliver gas cylinder from Bharat Gas Distributor

I have booked LPG cylinder on 9th April 2022. Cus.Id:[protected]. I haven't received my cylinder after 10days..Many times I call the distributors but they say the gas cylinder is low. It is also said that there is no small vehicle to deliver gas to your house so it is difficult to deliver gas at home.I have two cylinders one is already empty and the second will be finished this week. Therefore, steps should be taken to deliver the gas as soon as possible.Booking details are given in the image.
