Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Misuse of LPG gas cylinders

Md. Aslam Khan s/o Firoz Ahmed r/o A-20 1 st floor main road Budh Nagar jj colony inder Puri New Delhi-12. He is doing Hazardous activity of refilling small LPG gas cylinders from big LPG gas cylinders at B-372 Kartik Mandir street Budh Nagar jj colony inder Puri New Delhi-12. He is doing this work without any permission/license. He has no training to do this type of risky work also he is not taking any kind of precautions. This area is highly populated residential colony. This type of hazardous activity may cause of Big accident in future and people may loss their life because this area is highly populated residential colony.
