We are the dealer of Bpcl. We are not able to upload our requirements through the mobeconnect. Our customer care id no is 116105.We have informed this to the company also, but there was no rectification of the same.

We have transferred amount of Rs.981225/- on 28th October and it was credited to BPCL Retail account on the same day but the mobeconnect app is still showing amount balance as 981225 please resolve this issue.Screenshot is attached for reference.

Sir as a dealer of BPCL CC 120358 mobile EConnect is not working on iPhone with ios 15.as we try to register as primary user it stucks on white page.Kindly update this app to work properly
