Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — name not transferred to other account even after 3 months submitting documents

Staff is not at all doing their job. Gas cylinder was in the name of my late father. I have submitted all documents on nov 2017 to get it transfer to my mother's account. But still they have not done. Everytime i visits to know the status the staff is just pushing their dates. I have been visiting every 10 days without any response from their end. Doy think we people are jobless? Don't we have other work to do? So disgusting!

Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My customer ID is 6353 name of jyotsna Ben sompura. I booked sylinder on dated 7th march, 2018. But still not received sylinder and I have surprised online show sylinder delivered on dated 8th march, 2018.
Also no one pickup call from jayjyoti jivrajpark office.
