Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — non-availability of pos machine

The BPCL outlet at Jatni PIN-752050, Labanya Filling station does not have a POS machine for digital payment since last one month. I have returned thrice without refilling petrol. When ever I went there for filling my bike in Dec'18, the attendant would not tell that the POS machine is not available. On my query he used to tell that it would be made available next day.
I may mention that on my persistent complaints last year, the POS machine was made available in the outlet.

Today i purchase petrol of Rs 100. But ro attended not give 100 RS PETROL. THEY stop machine on 99.70 . After that when i tell him to done proper work. He argument with me in non sense language.
